A German Shepherd keeps you safe because they have an instinct to know when something isn't right:
If you have your hand in your pocket ready to pull out a gun.
If you are wearing a backpack with explosives.
If you are dressed differently.
If you have a long beard and a pony tale.
If your walk isn't normal because of alcohol or drugs.
If you are nervously walking toward us.
If your karma isn't right.
I could go on and on.
The ultimate example of this was Wolfy the other night in north central.
We slept out under the stars.
Before I fell asleep Wolfy was sitting up right next to me and she was attentively watching the drones. She knew they were out of place because they weren't stars and she was protecting her master from the drones.
She knew they were an abomination unto God in his holy temple.
