I now believe the King County Sheriff Department is the most corrupt sheriff department in the country.
The sheriff refuses to settle the claims against his department by female officers and he has personally been accused of rape.
To conclusively prove my allegation he ordered that no record be made of the rape investigation against him.

Documentation - Two Russians

While at my favorite mountain camp a car drove by and went to the end of the road.
A short time later Wolfy was very upset and detected nearby noise in the woods. Her ferocious bark scared whoever it was away.
I decided to take the offensive and found two men around their fire.
They said they were from Ukraine originally but I believe they were Russian.
They were very good at befriending me.
We had a long conversation and they were very knowledgeable about criminal activity by government.
When I changed the subject to all the Russians viewing my website they were completely silent.
They never once mentioned the Russian mafia.
They said they would call me and we could arrange a cookout at the mountains.
I have never heard from them.
It is obvious now they were up to no good.
They were very afraid of Wolfy. Once again he protected his master. Obviously Wolfy didn't like them.

Documentation - Chinaman

A very tall Chinaman showed up at my property. He was dressed in a safari outfit and had very expensive cameras draped around his neck. He could barely speak English and said he was on vacation from China. He had ridden a bicycle to my property.
He wanted to know all about my memorial and took many pictures including a picture of me.
He especially wanted to know why Donnie Chinn was assassinated.
He was very likeable and friendly.
I now have good reason to believe he was a spy.

FBI spy Don Abbott liked to tell me how when he was in Northern Ireland they would purposely provoke the Irish and then they would shoot and kill them. He thought this was real funny.

The air force plane model on display is a model of the plane which crashed which my ministry commemorated and about which the Air force wrote an article about my ministry and printed my commemoration prayer.

The Lord Protected Wolfy

When my chow dog was operated on and died my ex wife and I went to the vet to get her body. Our other chow Echo was with us. When I put Pooh Bears body in the back of the car Echo let out with an immediate cry I can only describe as a death scream. I will never forget her scream of unbearable pain.
Last week for a micro second the sky where the drones are clustered lit up in a rectangular pattern with individual bright lights. I am positive my eyesight wasn't playing tricks on me. I remember the lights and pattern clearly.
The next day I researched this light pattern and found a similar pattern made by invisible lethal lasers. The pattern comes from where the laser is fired and the laser is invisible.
A few days later in the early morning hours Wolfy let out with two distinct "death screams" identical to the "death scream" Echo made.
I am convinced the drones fired an invisible lethal laser at Wolfy two times.
The Lord protected Wolfy.

The Drug Cartel - A Big Mistake!

When my boy and son in law were helping me with all-a-blog-drug-corruption and Henry Hill the cartel would send the box truck carrying marijuana from Wenatchee by my residence to harm me. Obviously they were never successful.
Last week the cartel sent a full size semi with the maximum length trailer by my residence. I didn't have my camera and ran as fast as I could to get it and then as fast as I could out to the street to get a picture.
The truck driver saw I was going to take a picture and sped by me and ran the stop sign.
This could have been disastrous as the school buses are on the street at this time where he ran the stop sign.
For the cartel to send a full size truck and trailer by my residence which can carry millions of dollars of drugs from Mexico they were sending a very clear message to me: "The full weight of the drug cartel is coming down on you."
I have a clear message for the drug cartel: "I took a perfect picture of the truck and trailer and I will be giving it to U.S. Customs and Immigration. You made a BIG MISTAKE."
The full weight of U.S. Customs and Immigration is going to be coming down on you.

Were Hunting You and Wolfy

Last week a passenger in a pickup doing surveillance on me and Wolfy on the street where  we live got out of his truck and approached me and Wolfy. Wolfy knew the danger and protected me. He was dressed in a full camouflage outfit and holding his camouflage skull cap in his hand.
I asked him what he was doing and he said he was looking for a place to hunt deer. I told him it was illegal to hunt deer in a residential area and two times he told me he was looking for a place to hunt deer.
He denied doing surveillance on me and Wolfy.
Two times in Issaquah I was passed by an unmarked  government car and on the dash was a camouflage skullcap.
His message was clear: "Were hunting you and Wolfy."
My message: "I have perfect pictures of your truck and license plate number."

Last night I was talking to one of my neighbors and he said his children were aware of the drones but he has not pointed them out in the sky to them. He then said: " My children pray for your safety every night."
It broke my heart to hear that.
When you destroy the innocence of children I know of only one word to describe what kind of a person you are: SCUMBAG.
I am grateful for the prayers of the neighborhood children to keep me safe. Their prayers are being answered every day by God.

Yesterday I received very sad news. Mrs. Alexander is now under hospice care.
They say if you have one good friend in this life you are very fortunate. I have been fortunate enough to have two good friends in this life and Mrs. Alexander has been one of them.
I believe Mrs. Alexander is one of the most prominent black ladies alive in the country today. I have written about how when President Obama comes to the Pacific Northwest for fundraising she is always invited to the dinners free of charge. She doesn't go to the dinners.
I could write a lot about how prominent she is and her accomplishments but I know she wouldn't want me to because she is very humble and gives all credit to the Lord. I will mention that she is friends with a King County councilman and he was responsible for having a specific day honoring her in King County.
I believe Mrs. Alexander is one of the most prominent black ladies in the country today because she is a lady of character, a Christian, humble, caring, a good wife, her family is always the most important thing to her, and because of her trust in the Lord she has never feared any adversity and knows the Lord is in control and prayer is her most important weapon against her enemies.
So who are her enemies? Her enemies are the same type of people that were the enemies of Dr. Martin Luther King, Jr. and for the same reasons. See my post about Mohammed where he explains this.
I will never forget her telling me she had been under surveillance her whole life.
I now need to say that when I first started my ministry Mrs. Alexander agreed to be on my board of directors and that I have always kept her fully advised of everything my ministry is doing. My ministry does nothing without her approval. She is even kept fully aware of the contemplative life Wolfy and I lead in the mountains.
Mrs. Alexander has been invaluable in keeping me safe by her advise and prayers and her always urging me to "pray a little harder."
Since the surveillance started my phone calls are monitored and all my conversations with Mrs. Alexander have been recorded. She is well aware of this and it has never hindered her free speech.
She is a very brave lady.
Although Mrs. Alexander is now ninety eight years old  and under hospice care she is fully aware of the persecution my ministry is under and supporting me. I couldn't ask for a better friend.
The persecution of me as a Christian continues as does the persecution of Mrs. Alexander as a Christian and a board member of my ministry. Because she is a black lady those who are persecuting her are racists and bigots as were all those who persecuted Dr. Marten Luther King, Jr.
I asked Mrs. Alexander if she believed Dr. Marten Luther King, Jr. was assassinated by the government and she said there are many of us who believe that. I then said think how hard it must have been on him to be under constant FBI surveillance and she said think how hard it must have been on his family also.
Mrs. Alexander knew Dr. Marten Luther King, Jr.
I am so grateful for Mrs. Alexander being my friend.
To show you how great she is she has even asked me to pray for my enemies. She has always said they don't know any better.

OVERALL STRATEGY RELATING TO ILLEGAL SURVEILLANCE

Last night Michael Savage said he was no longer worried about surveillance since Donald Trump is President elect.
He also launched into a scathing attack on those doing the surveillance as perverts, mentally ill, etc. The same things I have been saying.
He also said he is convinced they will be criminally charged and go to jail.
If President elect Trump appoints Rudy Giuliani Attorney General I have no doubt Michael Savage will use his considerable influence with President elect Trump to see that this happens.
My overall strategy is to do everything me and my ministry can to see that those involved in the unprecedented illegal surveillance of me and Wolfy and their attempted assassination of me and Wolfy by a lethal laser fired from a drone, go to jail, especially USA Hayes and FBI Agent In Charge Tapp , Jr.

Drone Strategy When Wolfy And I Are In Danger From Drones

As you know a lethal laser  was fired at Wolfy and I from a drone. Luckily it missed us by ten feet.
Because of this incident I believe Wolfy and I are in constant danger of being killed by a lethal laser  fired from a drone.
My strategy to keep us safe is to draw the attention of anyone to the drones. They are not going to want to fire at us because there will  be to many witnesses.
I have already written a post on how I was successful with airline pilots using this strategy.
Two times now in the mountains I have been successful using this strategy
The first time Wolfy and I were on top of a mountain in eastern Washington.
It was dark and the drones were circling us.
I fired my marine flare launcher two times.
The flares were seen by numerous cars on I-90 and a very large area of eastern Washington.
The drones quickly disappeared.
Driving down the mountain they appeared again and I launched a flare again with the same results.
Yesterday I was at the same mountain again and there were no drones.
Driving down the mountain again I spotted a drone and launched a flare again that was plainly seen by motorists on I-90 and the drone quickly disappeared.
For the first time the drones were not plainly visible following me home but I did spot them several times.
When I am on overnight climbs, where no one is and thus no witnesses, I have already developed my strategy.
I have the most sophisticated rescue beacon money can buy. If activated it will  go to the world wide rescue network through the government satellites and start an immediate rescue.
I am only going to do this if the drone starts targeting me with its infrared beam. This is what the drone did numerous times pinpointing my exact position before firing the laser.
I will also be notifying the appropriate county sheriff search and rescue that this is what I may have to do.
I am also going to be notifying the United States Attorney that I will do this to save the life of me and Wolfy.
Because all those involved in the criminal surveillance of me and Wolfy are mentally ill and paranoid I would like to state the flares are not being fired at the drones and are in no way a threat to the drones.

I have written many times the motivation for all-a-blog-drug-corruption is it is claiming the lives of our children.
Please pray for justice for all responsible for the brutal death of Maria and her boy Luis, not just the killer - the 'Third Level' - organized crimes infiltration of law enforcement, politicians, and the courts.
Eighteen year old Maria was shot to death and thrown into a car along with her three year old boy who was still alive and the car was set on fire. According to the coroner the boy burned to death. This happened in a remote desert area in Grant County, Washington, U.S.A.
God have mercy on America.

STUCK IN THE MUD - CAN'T STOP LAUGHING - "YOU STUPID IDIOTS"

Last night after Wolfy and I went inside we heard the loudest vehicle noise you could hear. We just ignored it - I knew the liars and cowards were at it again.
Much of the surveillance involves cars on May Valley Road coming from the south, pulling unto my street to see if I'm home, and then pulling back unto May Valley Road.
The liar and coward that did this last night attempted to turn back unto May Valley Road while he was on the grass shoulder and got stuck. He got seriously stuck in the mud. The tire tracks in the mud are over twenty feet long and a foot to just about two feet deep.
I saw this and couldn't stop laughing. Every time I think about this I can't stop laughing.
Besides my favorite phrase I say to myself: "YOU F...... COWARDS", my next favorite phrase I say to myself for all involved trying to harm Wolfy and me is: "YOU STUPID IDIOTS."

YOU F...... COWARDS - TOTAL VICTORY!

I don't want to use profanity in my post but every time I look at the drones or see the vehicles driving by my residence doing illegal surveillance the most used phrase I say to myself  is: "YOU F...... Cowards.
Last night as soon as we got home the vehicle surveillance started. In a fifteen minute period four cars did surveillance of me and Wolfy.
Two of those cars, a few minutes apart, illegally stopped in the oncoming lane at a fourty five degree angle to the traffic lane. They were fifteen feet from me as I stood in my driveway behind my no trespassing sign. They shined their high beam lights directly on me in the pitch blackness of the night.
Both times I turned my 1,200 lumen spotlight on and shined it directly at the driver and both times they panicked and rapidly left but not before I was able to yell as loud as I could:" YOU F...... COWARDS."
This was a TOTAL VICTORY and the Lord and Wolfy's presence protected me again.

TOTAL VICTORY DRONES

A few nights ago the drone that shot the laser at me and Wolfy from a lethal laser weapon was back.
Wolfy and I ran for cover and went indoors.
I have to admit I felt some fear but when you go to sea and climb mountains you know how to overcome fear. I also knew the Lord would protect us.
I took my 1200 lumen spotlight and we went outside.
I shined my torch straight at this drone and other drones. I also switched it to the blinking mode.
The wind was from the north and this meant all the jets taking off from Seattle International Airport would be going over my property.
Commercial airplane captains have eyes like eagles and are highly trained to spot lights.
They all saw the beam of light I was shining at the killer drone and other drones and saw the drones.
This means if they would have fired a lethal laser at me and Wolfy their would have been many witnesses
The killer drone even changed his position dramatically in the sky trying to keep me from shining my light on him but I was still able to shine my light on him.
I know commercial airplane captains consider all drones a hazard to safe navigation.
I also know they are now aware of all the drones that are doing illegal surveillance of me and Wolfy.
Once again the Lord has kept Wolfy and me safe and given us a TOTAL VICTORY over the drones.
At no time did I shine my torch on a commercial jet or shine it in any way to interfere with the safe navigation of a commercial jet.
We are now working on methods to expose the drones while Wolfy and I are in the mountains and keep ourselves safe from a laser fired from a lethal laser weapon on a drone.

Worse Than I Ever Imagined

The attack in the courtroom against Ammon Bundy's attorney was worse than I ever imagined.
He was requesting of the court the paperwork authorizing the U.S. Marshalls to take Ammon Bundy into custody for the trail in Nevada, when he was brutally attacked by nine U.S. Marshals and tassered.

Think Twice - Mountain Cougar

When Wolfy and I got to our high camp in the mountains, we can drive to, I noticed numerous cougar scat and a cougar footprint. The scat was where Wolfy likes to mark his territory. I knew the cougar considered Wolfy was invading his territory.
As a precaution, because of the cougar, I kept Wolfy on his leash except when we went to the summit.
At the end of the day, down from the summit, Wolfy ran off. He was gone a long time and finally came back with his tongue hanging out panting heavily as happy as could be.
The next week I felt a swelling on the side of Wolfy's neck. I kept parting his thick fur and finally found a large bite. It had abscessed and there was dried pus.
I have been doctoring Wolfy all week and with the expert advice of Wolfy's breeder it is healing nicely.
I believe Wolfy found the mountain cougar and the cougar wanted to wrap its jaw around Wolfy's neck and break it and then eat her. That's what cougars do with deer and sometimes with dogs.
The only problem for the cougar is Wolfy has no fear, is super smart, wouldn't have run, and she is lightning quick.
Cougars are super quick but Wolfy was quicker. Wolfy jumped away from the cougar so quickly the cougar only caught Wolfy with one canine tooth which went into Wolfy sideways because Wolfy was jumping away.
I am sure the cougar was the one who then ran away.
Wolfy was the one who successfully defended her mountain territory.
Many times I have told Wolfy she is smarter than the great Russian Amur Tiger.
Now she has proven her masters praise once again.
The German Shepherd has always protected cattle and sheep from the lion and bear.
The enemies of Wolfy and me would be wise to ponder this post and think twice before they attempt to harm us.

Rewarding

I have spent most of my time this week climbing mountains and working on my book: Wolfy: Mountaineer.
Last night while working on Wolfy's book at McDonald's a lady stopped to tell me how beautiful the pictures were - she wanted to see every picture.
She thanked me for showing her all the pictures in the book of Wolfy climbing in God's beautiful mountains.
She said Wolfy was as smart as Rin Tin Tin and looked like a wild animal.
She also said I'll have wonderful memories. I couldn't agree more - golden memories.
I continue to give pictures of Wolfy from the book and my business card, with the "Prayer of the Heart": "Lord Jesus Christ Have Mercy On Me", to the homeless and now I am doing the same for police officers. They are very appreciative.
The "Prayer of the Heart" has a long history of saving lives.
It has been a very rewarding week.

Thank You Google, FBI Cyber Attacks

Immediately following my post: ONCE A MARINE, ALWAYS A MARINE - Internet Letter To Special Agent In Charge, Jay S. Tabb, Jr., Seattle FBI, my blog started having cyber attacks.
After writing this post I called the national  press office for the FBI in Washington D.C. and asked them to read this post and notify Mr. Tabb. I also called press relations for the Seattle FBI and asked them to notify Mr. Tabb of this post.
Cyber attacks started immediately and are continuing.
At times I cannot access my blog and am even receiving messages that it doesn't exist.
I have no doubt these cyber attacks are originating from the FBI because of the above post..
In light of the above I don't believe Google censored my blog and I apologize to Google.
Google has now restored all nine of the pictures of my blogs when you Google Captain Bill Schweizer. They are even showing a picture of the Billy Graham Evangelistic Association blog titled: Let My Daughter Die, which shows up when you Google Captain Bill Schweizer. The commentary for this blog is my comment I made when I read this article on their blog.
I believe Google is trying to help me combat these cyber attacks.
Tim Cook - President of Apple, is not the only one standing up to the FBI.

The bio for SAC Jay S. Tabb, Jr., says he was in the United States Marine Corps for eight years.
As you know I am a Captain in the United States Merchant Marine.


My most well read post week after week is my Mar 2, 2016 post: The Reputation of the United States.
I am calling upon SAC Jay S. Tabb, Jr. to stop harming the reputation of the United States, harming the reputation of the United States Marine Corps, harming the reputation of the United States Merchant Marine and Coast Guard, stop "spitting on my uniform," and to stop persecuting me and my Christian ministry.
I took an oath to uphold the laws of this country when I was sworn in as a Captain in the United States Merchant Marine by the United States Coast Guard. As a captain I was also issued the highest security credential under authority of the United States Government.
My ministry was given specific approval by the Internal Revenue Service, Exempt Organizations, to honor fallen soldiers as a public charity with permanent status as a 501(c)3 public charity.
We have honored fallen soldiers, including marines, and it has been written about in military newspapers.
We fundraise at Walmart stores to honor fallen soldiers and Walmart headquarters has written me thanking me for what my ministry does.
I am also calling upon you to investigate the crimes which have been committed against my ministry by United States Attorney Hayes, the FBI, and other governmental agencies, and organized crime, especially the 'Third Level', and end the cover-up of the assassination of Assistant U.S. Attorney Thomas Wales and the other six assassinations being covered up.


"Stop Spitting On My Uniform."
Also stop desecrating my holy memorial, on a daily basis twenty four hours a day, in honor of Assistant U.S. Attorney Thomas Wales and the other six who were assassinated.

Update

Please read October 2, 2016 post: Moment of Truth Revised.
Detective Sam Speight of the King County Sheriff Department is refusing to investigate and even talk to me.
C7, a female employee at the Seattle FBI Office (they don't go by their name) promised me she would give Moment of Truth to Frank Montoya, Jr., Special Agent In Charge.
When she promised this he had retired and she didn't let me know this.
Charlie 2, a female employee at the Seattle FBI Office told me just after I had talked to C7 that Frank Montoya, Jr. was no longer there.
I asked who had replaced him and she wouldn't answer my question. He was replaced by Jay S. Tabb, Jr.
I also asked her to have the public relations person call so I could make her aware of this post and I have not heard from her.
As of this date the FBI is not investigating.
I will be contacting the new Agent In Charge for the Seattle FBI and requesting he investigate.
I still need to contact the United States Attorney and make her aware of this
 post if she isn't already.
Since writing this post the threat level against Wolfy and me is the highest it has ever been.

Cartel In Grant County Being Protected By 'Third Level'.

Please see post: Grace, and other posts related to Grant County and drug trafficking - Grant County is the main distribution center for the drugs being grown in eastern Washington.
The sheriff for Grant County refuses to call me.
He knows I want to talk to him about the attempted assassination of me in Grant County by the drug cartel and that I want him to investigate.
When he wouldn't talk to me I explained in detail the attempted assassination to a Grant County commissioner and requested he ask the sheriff to call me.
He said he would and the sheriff still wouldn't call.
As a side note the sheriff is big on drones and is applying to the FAA for permission to have a drone.

Grace

Maria G. Cruz - Cavillo, 18 years old, and her son, 3 year old Luis F. Lopez - Cruz were murdered in Franklin County, Washington, July 2015.
The mother was murdered by gunfire and her body and the boys were put in a car which was set on fire.
The coroner said the boy burned to death.
Prudencio Juan Ramirez, 26 years old, is facing two counts of 1st degree murder.
I believe they were targeted by organized crime because the mother knew to much and to scare all involved.
I have verified with a Mexican source my belief this is a typical cartel murder carried out by a cartel animal. (As you know from reading all-a-blog-drug-corruption the cover-up has already started and the cartel is being protected because of the 'Third Level'.)
Yesterday on a mountaintop I said the following prayer for the mother and her son:

Dear Lord grant the mother and her son grace at the moment of their "awful overtaking." Thank you Lord. (When I prayed this I didn't know their names.)

I then read the following:

"for God time is infinitely malleable and he will have heard what the poet (and the reader) asks even now a month or a century on:

For months Google has shown nine pictures of my web pages when you Google Captain Bill Schweizer. Now they are only showing three.
They are not only persecuting a Christian they are persecuting Muslims because they have removed my website for allablogmuslimkashmir.

Mount Contemplative

This week Wolfy and I climbed a mountain that is not named and even the topography map doesn't show a black dot for its summit.
This doesn't surprise me because it is in a remote area that is extremely difficult to get to and it is a difficult mountain to climb.
Wolfy and I worked for a month on how to get to this mountain and how to climb it.
It was a difficult mountain to climb mentally and physically and Wolfy and I enjoyed the challenge.
The entire climb we were in God's beautiful, holy temple and in his presence.
I have named this beautiful mountain Mount Contemplative because climbing this mountain there were no barriers between us and God.
After the climb, with the drones watching, I took my usual bath in the setting sun and told Wolfy: "We are in heaven right here on earth and what difference would it make if we were now killed by a laser beam fired from a drone, we would be in heaven again."

Reverend Franklin Graham, the ranchers, the Sky

The Reverend Franklin Graham testified for the defense in the trial of the ranchers going on in Portland, Oregon.
He said when the FBI had the ranchers surrounded in Oregon he mediated the dispute and that the tension was so high with the FBI and their wanting to use force he was worried there could be another Waco, Texas or Ruby Ridge.
He also stressed how he prayed.
The Lord heard his prayers and no lives were lost.
We are reaching out to the Reverend Franklin Graham for his help and prayers.
As you know there is a reason I label my posts which say how many days me and my ministry have been under drone surveillance: Ruby Ridge, Waco, Texas, Fred Hampton, the Sky.

Michael Savage - nationwide talk show host and best selling author, is saying the same things I am nightly on his radio show -- the criminality and insanity of those in government, especially the President, the Director of Homeland Security, and the Director of he FBI.

Moment of Truth - Revised

Last night there were five shots fired from a hunting rifle very close to where I live.
The drones were hovering above as usual and they would have seen who fired the shots, their vehicle, and their license plate number. They could of also followed them.
They would also have taken pictures of all of this.
I have called Detective Sam Speight of the King County Sheriff Department and will request he investigate this incident and other related matters.
If everything I have exposed were not the truth I would not be in constant danger.
The FBI and United States Attorney should have no doubt that my life is in danger because of what the drones have seen.
It is now time for the FBI and United States Attorney to stop there surveillance of me and pursue the real criminals.
If the FBI and United States Attorney refuses to do this they will have proved beyond a doubt my exposure of the 'Third Level' - organized crimes infiltration of law enforcement, the courts, and politicians, is the truth, and that they want me permanently silenced.
If the King County Sheriff Department refuses to investigate they also will have proved beyond a doubt the 'Third Level' and that they want me permanently silenced.

FBI and Government Insanity, APOLOGIZE!

One thing we know - the government can persecute a white Christian.
Last night I again counted fifteen drones doing surveillance of me and Wolfy and my Christian ministry.
We also know Montoya, Jr., Seattle FBI,  and Hayes, western Washington USA, are unable to admit the reality of radical Muslims and terrorism and that the radical Muslims are at war with us, because  they are insane and mentally ill.
They are so insane they said the Seattle area mall shooter who killed five people was a Mexican.
I took one look at his picture and knew he was from a Muslim country.
Last night when I was talking to my ninety eight year old friend we both agreed the mall shooter was not a Mexican. I immediately heard a loud echo which meant we were being recorded by the government.
Their insanity has almost immediately been exposed to the entire world. THEY OWE AN APOLOGY TO ALL SPANISH PEOPLE.
Our government because of it's criminal insanity, which starts with President Obama, is unable to protect it's citizens from one mass killing after another.

EAGLES

A few days ago as Wolfy and I sat on the mountaintop we watched a bald eagle and a golden eagle soaring.
Sometimes we could look down on them and sometimes they were high above us.
The highlight was when the golden eagle glided toward us and passed twenty feet over our heads.
This reminded me of the time I was working at the crash site for Captain Edwards and his crew in the Mojave Desert of southern California which my ministry maintains.
Six young golden eagles were soaring directly overhead only thirty feet above us. They were learning how to soar. Their mother was soaring high overhead watching them.
My German shepherd was also with me this time.

FBI INSANITY

Last night helicopters were deployed to look for the shooter in the mall shooting outside Seattle in which five died.
At the same time the helicopters were deployed all fifteen drones were doing surveillance of me where I live.
If the FBI had deployed the fifteen drones to look for the shooter he may very well have been seen and apprehended.
Once again FBI insanity.

The Spirit of Truth

When I exposed President Obama - see September 7, 2016 post - The Reputation of the United States and President Obama, he authorized a drone strike against me and Wolfy - see 9-15-2016 post - Psalm 27.
Only the President of the United States can authorize a drone strike on U.S. soil against a citizen of the United States.
I have heard President Obama say he would do this if the circumstances warranted it.
According to the words of the Bible in St. John in chapters 15 and 16 what I have written above is true:

hated me before it hated you.

would love his own: but because ye are not of
the world, but I have chosen you out of the

Thank You Google Revised

Google has alerted me to the fact that the Catholic News Agency is monitoring my blog.
As you know I was highly critical of the Pope for "not throwing the money launderers out of the temple" - all-a-blog-drug-corruption, when he visited Mexico and not following the example of Jesus.
Sigmund Freud did pioneering research on group behavior which is considered authoritative to this day.
To document the negative affects of group behavior he used the Catholic Church.
He even claimed that when the group is threatened by the truth they will resort  to violence to silence the truth.
I'm sure the Catholic News Agency is working with the FBI to silence me.
The above is ironic since I have a personal letter from Pope Francis thanking me for my kind letter, telling me he will remember my intentions, and sending me a signed picture of himself, and a crucifix, which I am wearing now.

Guilty, Proof. Revised

I am on my way to the mountains but have stopped at a McDonald's to do this post.
It is important to document what has happened.
The FBI with the approval of the United States Attorney put a tracking device on the thirty six foot mast of my sailboat. My sailboat is on my property where I live.
My property has a secure entrance and no trespassing signs.
I took pictures of this tracking device.
Yesterday morning my dog was sniffing all around my boat and driveway and I knew someone had been on my property.
Yesterday afternoon I got on my boat and I looked at the mast and noticed the tracking device had been removed. You can still see the outline of where it was attached.
I took pictures of the mast and outline.
To get on my boat you have to go up a six foot stepladder, stand on the top of it, and then step unto the boat. The deck of the boat is ten feet off the ground.
To place the tracking device on the mast and take it off they had to walk the length of the cockpit and stand next to the hatch - the entrance to the interior of the boat.
The agent in charge for the Seattle FBI - Montoya, Jr. and the United States Attorney - Hayes, have once again violated all the laws related to illegal surveillance and are now guilty of criminal trespass.
I have been living in my sailboat while it is temporarily on my property to keep it safe so it is also my home and this makes their actions all the more serious. When they stepped unto my sailboat they entered my home without my permission. THEY BROKE INTO MY HOME. Maritime law is very clear about this. There is a reason for the age old request: "Permission to come aboard." As a captain I have said it hundreds of times.
They also broke into the property of my ministry since my sailboat is legally owned by my ministry and serves as my office much of the time.
Montoya, Jr. and Hayes and all those involved are guilty and I now have proof.
They know they are guilty and that is why they removed the tracking device.
They are now also guilty of a cover up.


In addition to the above crimes my blog has documented that they and all involved, including the Director of the FBI and the Attorney General, are guilty of attempted assassination, felony harassment, stalking, voyeurism, harassment - hate crime, religious harassment - hate crime, and animal cruelty - attempting to kill my dog Wolfy.
I will continue to document their criminal behavior.

They Tried To Kill Wolfy

Their was immediate retaliation yesterday against Wolfy because of my post yesterday titled: Pure Evil.
All summer long I have been tying Wolfy to the bumper of my jeep parked next to my driveway.
Yesterday a car drove into my driveway at a high rate of speed and aimed exactly for the spot where Wolfy lies. Since Wolfy is black she is hard to see.
I had a premonition of danger yesterday and didn't tie Wolfy to the jeep. I even moved my van away from the street and completely behind my driveway entrance.
I have no doubt they were trying to kill Wolfy.
I saw the entire incident and took numerous pictures of the tire tracks and they prove beyond a doubt if Wolfy had been tied to the jeep she would now be dead.
My aFather cautioned me that they would try to poison Wolfy and I have always protected Wolfy against that possibility.
I am thankful to the Lord he led me to tie Wolfy to a tree on my property safely away from my driveway.
We are having to put up with very evil and insane people.

For The Record

For the record the vehicle harassment, surveillance and attempts to provoke us is the most intense it has ever been. It is constant and ongoing.
The most serious was at Fred Meyer in Issaquah. The person was watching us while out of his vehicle and when he got into his vehicle drove to two different locations to watch us. He then  then drove by us four times. The last time he drove by us he passed us, stopped, and then drove by us in the parking lot at over 30mph in reverse, slammed on his brakes, and pulled out into the street giving us the finger and yelling as he held his hand high above his head - the identical gesture I give the drones every night.
He was truly berserk - insane.
As usual when he was near me I smiled, gave a friendly wave, and told him to have a nice day. My normal response to the government insanity.

FBI - INSANE

If the FBI could almost immediately arrest the New York bomber they knew who be was and should of had him under drone surveillance.
Once again the U.S. Government has shown the world, and especially the world leaders who were in New York City, they are incapable of preventing terrorist attacks.
If you are a reader of this blog you know why - insanity.
Once again I will urge all those responsible for the twenty four hour drone surveillance of me and Wolfy to deploy the fifteen drones over the major U.S. cities to prevent future terrorist attacks and a dirty bomb attack which could kill over 300,000 innocent Americans.
Your insanity has to end for the sake of the country and human life.

The Day Of The Attempted Assassination Attack By a Lethal Laser Weapon Fired From A Drone

The day of the attempted assassination attempt against me and Wolfy by a laser fired from a lethal laser weapon fired from a drone  Wolfy and I left the mountain we were on around dusk.
Coming down the mountain road we met two brand new pickup trucks.
I took evasive action to ensure our safety.
We have been going to this mountain for three years and this has never happened before.
The day of the attempted assassination attempt against me and Wolfy by a laser fired from a lethal laser weapon fired from a drone I had a record number of page views.

Pure Evil

The day after the attempted assassination attempt on me and Wolfy I believe there was another attempted assassination attempt against us.
Wolfy and I were driving to our mountain destination and as soon as we got off the freeway a car was following us. When I got to the dirt road going to the mountain I pulled over and let him pass. When we got to the end of the road high up on the mountain we saw his parked car. It had California license plates. It was parked where I have never seen a car park before. It was also parked so that no one could box him in and he could make an immediate get away. Wolfy and I drove to our usual campsite right below the summit.
Wolfy detected someone in the brush close by and started barking. She detected someone close by a couple more times. Finally she quieted down.
I decided to find the person and go on the offensive. Wolfy and I found him nearby on the trail.
Wolfy knew the person was there to harm us and was pure evil. Wolfy was on her leash and it took all my strength to hold her and keep her from attacking him. He immediately got away from us.
We immediately went to where his car was parked and it was gone.
He was young and looked like a foreigner. He looked like the two foreigners who assassinated the Israelis attache - a colonel and war hero.
It is important for you to know Wolfy loves people but has an innate instinct for trouble. This is only the second time she has detected pure evil - the first time was with the FBI's spy against us - Don - which this blog has documented.

Psalm 27

Once again the Lord protected me and Wolfy just like he said he would in Psalm 27.
The government authorized the use of a deadly laser weapon against us at 10:26 on the evening of 9-13-16 where we live.
There was a very bright drone that was emitting numerous infrared flashes.
I took pictures.
Shortly thereafter I saw a yellow flash approximately one hundred feet long and four inches wide approximately ten to fifteen feet above us. It was so bright it illuminated the maple leaf canopy above us.
When the rancher was assassinated their was a similar light at the exact time of his assassination of which there are pictures.
I have done preliminary research on the internet and the yellow flash came from a deadly laser weapon fired from the drone I was watching.
Google deadly laser weapons and you will see exact pictures of the flash I saw.
Also read my recent posts and once again you will see that the retaliation by USA Hayes and FBI agent in charge Montoya, Jr., and those above them, was immediate.
I will be contacting Commissioner Farrow's office of the California Highway Patrol for advice since they are the only ones who are concerned for my safety regarding the drones and have done an incident report regarding the drones.
I was as calm as could be when I saw the yellow flash because I know every word of Psalm 27 is coming true.

WOLFY: MOUNTAINEER, proves insanity

I am putting together a new book entitled WOLFY: MOUNTAINEER. It consists of beautiful pictures of Wolfy climbing mountains. In most of the pictures she is doing difficult rock climbing moves which I identify based on the Bible for climbing: FREEDOM OF THE HILLS by the Seattle Mountaineers.
They are pictures of a beautiful black German Shepherd in God's holy creation and I will be submitting it to the Seattle Mountaineers for publication when it is done.
This book clearly shows what me and Wolfy have been doing and what I have been working on while under surveillance by up to fifteen drones.
Every week I am sending two pictures from this book to the FBI agent in charge for Seattle - Frank Montoya, Jr., and the United States Attorney for western Washington - Annette L. Hayes to document their insanity and the insanity of all involved in the surveillance of me and Wolfy.
I will be working on this book as long as Wolfy and me are under drone surveillance to document their insanity.
Again as Mohammed said in the Holy Qur'an: "Truly thou art mad," (3-03-16 post "Soon wilt thou see..." Holy Qur'an) or as God said in the Holy Bible: "I will give them their delusions."

Desperate - "Truly thou art mad." Mohammed, Holy Qur'an

The FBI has nothing to show for the millions of dollars they have spent on surveillance of Wolfy and me.
They are now so desperate they are trying to manufacture charges against Wolfy and me.
For the first time two FBI agents in two separate new pickup trucks drove by my property hoping to meet me and Wolfy on the street.
If they would have met us and stopped on the street Wolfy would have been in her protection mode and loudly barking because she would know they were up to no good.
We then would be charged with intimidating, threatening, who knows what, a federal law enforcement agent. Since there were two of them they could have made up anything to justify arresting us.
A few days before a new pickup driven by an FBI agent drove by as I was walking Wolfy. As he drove by I hollered out so he could hear me:" Have a nice day." He immediately stopped and put his arm out the window saying something I couldn't hear because Wolfy was in her protection mode and barking loudly. Even though he was blocking traffic he wouldn't move and neither would Wolfy and me. We were twenty feet behind him. He was obviously trying to provoke us. He was unsuccessful and finally left.
Now you know why a few days later they sent two FBI agents described above who were also unsuccessful in their attempt to fabricate lies against me and Wolfy.
Wolfy and I knew immediately what they were up to and I calmly sat in my chair on my property watching them as they drove in and out. Wolfy was tied up to the tree next to me and she was barking at them and protecting me on my own property because she knew they were evil and as Mohammed would say:" Truly thou art mad." Holy Qur'an.

People Afraid - Insane

I know Wolfy and I are in extreme danger from the drones and those who have authorized their use against us - who I am documenting are insane.
I now believe some of the drones are armed military drones - the drones that hover over my house in a perfect formation and when following us are in a perfect formation.
I also believe when I am returning from eastern Washington the drones are being escorted by a armed military predator drone.

We fear what we don't know:
I know what the hills are there for and they
  know me.

Cut the root and the plant dies.
City life is the scary life, inane, insane, tiny
  and alone.
Learn wildness and you don't fear anything.
Except people afraid.

Babylon - Insane

Last night talk show host Michael Savage said President Obama and those in the U.S. Government meet the definition of insane by allowing immigrants into the U.S. without health screening and that now parents of children in the Los Angeles School District are being told to watch their children for signs of leprosy - a fifteenth century disease.
This could happen only in a country that has become Babylon.

Together With The Lord

Life is but a stopping place,

When Civil Servants Become Ungodly, Liars and Cowards and Mentally Ill and a Godly Man

My Father was a true civil servant for the IRS for thirty years.
Unfortunately he saw the time when government employees were no longer civil servants and Godly and became liars and cowards and mentally ill.
He was personally effected by this when his boss tried to fire him - the same type of person as the Director of the Seattle FBI office and the western Washington USA.
My Father quit with his reputation intact.
He then went to work for the U.S. State Department and traveled the world advising foreign governments how to collect tax revenue honestly from their citizens.
He reported directly to the finance minister for the country.
After working for the State Department for years he retired and continued the same type of work around the world as a consultant.
My Fathers funeral handout had no mention of the above or any other of his great accomplishments.
The funeral handout had a colored picture of my Father high in the Olympic Mountains with numerous mountains close by and he is at peace and smiling.
Below this picture is the following:

Below this is a picture of the "Scruffy Kid Hiker's", probably 7 -10 years old, smiling but tired, on top of a high mountain pass in the Olympic Mountains.

Pray for Donald Trump

Donald Trump is now saying the other reason for building the wall along the border with Mexico is to stop the drug cartels from bringing drugs into the country.
He is taking the drug cartels head on.
Pray for his safety.

The Reputation of the United States and President Obama

The President of the Philippines has declared war on his countries drug dealers because of the devastating effect of drugs on his country.
So far the government has killed 2.100 drug dealers.
At the meeting of world leaders President Obama lectured the President of the Philippines over his war on drugs.
The President of the Philippines told President Obama he was the President of  a sovereign nation and he had no business lecturing him.
The world knows that President Obama in his final days is giving mass pardons to drug traffickers because of the 'Third Level' - organized crimes infiltration of the White House.
I handed all-a-blog-drug-corruption over to the Lord and he is not letting me down.

Helping The Mentally Ill

There are many ways to help the mentally ill.
One way to help them is to expose their deeds of unrighteousness and have the criminal justice system hold them accountable for breaking the law.

Helping My Enemies - The Mentally Ill - Holy Qur'an, Matthew 25

My March 03, 2016 post - "Soon wilt thou see..." Holy Qur'an, established the fact that those responsible for the surveillance of me and Wolfy are mad - mentally ill - "acting against their own best interests." Please read this post and the words of Mustafa (Mohammad) the Holy Prophet again.

As I wrote in my last post, Jesus in Matthew 25 wants us to help the mentally ill - sick:

  44  ...Lord, when saw we thee an hungered, or
 athirst, or a stranger, or naked, or sick, or in
prison, and did not minister unto thee?
  45  Then shall he answer them, saying, Ver-
ily I say unto you, Inasmuch as ye did it not
to one of the least of these, ye did it not to me.
  46. And these shall go away into everlasting
punishment:  but the righteous into life
eternal.

We are now going to minister unto those responsible for the surveillance of me and Wolfy and the drone pilots.
I will continue to give the drone pilots obscene gestures and the moon - consider it shock therapy.

Gregory and Dale -Matthew 25

Jesus wants us to help the mentally ill - Matthew 25.
Yesterday Wolfy and I went to see Gregory who is schizophrenic.
I have been Gregory's friend for eighteen years.
I bought him a cup of coffee at McDonald's and we visited for two hours.
The first thing he said when he saw me was: "Did the KING weatherman tell me to come see him?"
I showed him the pictures of Wolfy climbing which is now in book form. He was very impressed.
Because of all-a-blog-drug-corruption I have been negligent in visiting Gregory and I apologized two times for not visiting him sooner.
He said:" that's ok."
I also saw Gregory's neighbor Dale.
He was severely burned in a fire and permanently traumatized.
I gave him a picture of Wolfy climbing which made him very happy.
I have also been Dale's friend for eighteen years.
Wolfy and I had a good day.

Remenber the Stranger

You wouldn't know it from my recent posts but a great deal of my time for my ministry has been remembering the stranger as Jesus asked us to do in Matthew 25.
Many of the strangers my ministry has remembered have been brave airmen who have sacrificed their lives to keep this country free and members of the other branches of the military who have done the same.
This morning I read a front page article in the New York Times about an airmen who died in Afghanistan in 2002 and is being considered for the U.S. Congressional Medal of Honor. I urge everyone to read this in depth article.
I will be writing more about this later and commemorating his and others deaths.
