Guilty, Proof. Revised

I am on my way to the mountains but have stopped at a McDonald's to do this post.
It is important to document what has happened.
The FBI with the approval of the United States Attorney put a tracking device on the thirty six foot mast of my sailboat. My sailboat is on my property where I live.
My property has a secure entrance and no trespassing signs.
I took pictures of this tracking device.
Yesterday morning my dog was sniffing all around my boat and driveway and I knew someone had been on my property.
Yesterday afternoon I got on my boat and I looked at the mast and noticed the tracking device had been removed. You can still see the outline of where it was attached.
I took pictures of the mast and outline.
To get on my boat you have to go up a six foot stepladder, stand on the top of it, and then step unto the boat. The deck of the boat is ten feet off the ground.
To place the tracking device on the mast and take it off they had to walk the length of the cockpit and stand next to the hatch - the entrance to the interior of the boat.
The agent in charge for the Seattle FBI - Montoya, Jr. and the United States Attorney - Hayes, have once again violated all the laws related to illegal surveillance and are now guilty of criminal trespass.
I have been living in my sailboat while it is temporarily on my property to keep it safe so it is also my home and this makes their actions all the more serious. When they stepped unto my sailboat they entered my home without my permission. THEY BROKE INTO MY HOME. Maritime law is very clear about this. There is a reason for the age old request: "Permission to come aboard." As a captain I have said it hundreds of times.
They also broke into the property of my ministry since my sailboat is legally owned by my ministry and serves as my office much of the time.
Montoya, Jr. and Hayes and all those involved are guilty and I now have proof.
They know they are guilty and that is why they removed the tracking device.
They are now also guilty of a cover up.


In addition to the above crimes my blog has documented that they and all involved, including the Director of the FBI and the Attorney General, are guilty of attempted assassination, felony harassment, stalking, voyeurism, harassment - hate crime, religious harassment - hate crime, and animal cruelty - attempting to kill my dog Wolfy.
