The Reputation of the United States and President Obama

The President of the Philippines has declared war on his countries drug dealers because of the devastating effect of drugs on his country.
So far the government has killed 2.100 drug dealers.
At the meeting of world leaders President Obama lectured the President of the Philippines over his war on drugs.
The President of the Philippines told President Obama he was the President of  a sovereign nation and he had no business lecturing him.
The world knows that President Obama in his final days is giving mass pardons to drug traffickers because of the 'Third Level' - organized crimes infiltration of the White House.
