As you know I am a Captain in the United States Merchant Marine.

I am calling upon SAC Jay S. Tabb, Jr. to stop harming the reputation of the United States, harming the reputation of the United States Marine Corps, harming the reputation of the United States Merchant Marine and Coast Guard, stop "spitting on my uniform," and to stop persecuting me and my Christian ministry.
I took an oath to uphold the laws of this country when I was sworn in as a Captain in the United States Merchant Marine by the United States Coast Guard. As a captain I was also issued the highest security credential under authority of the United States Government.
My ministry was given specific approval by the Internal Revenue Service, Exempt Organizations, to honor fallen soldiers as a public charity with permanent status as a 501(c)3 public charity.
We have honored fallen soldiers, including marines, and it has been written about in military newspapers.
We fundraise at Walmart stores to honor fallen soldiers and Walmart headquarters has written me thanking me for what my ministry does.
I am also calling upon you to investigate the crimes which have been committed against my ministry by United States Attorney Hayes, the FBI, and other governmental agencies, and organized crime, especially the 'Third Level', and end the cover-up of the assassination of Assistant U.S. Attorney Thomas Wales and the other six assassinations being covered up.

Also stop desecrating my holy memorial, on a daily basis twenty four hours a day, in honor of Assistant U.S. Attorney Thomas Wales and the other six who were assassinated.
If you don't do this immediately you are a disgrace to the United States Marine Corps and all fallen soldiers who my ministry has honored who have kept this country free. They will not sleep because of you - read In Flanders Field.
SAC Tabb, Jr. is working under the supervision and guidance of USA Hayes, as was the former
SAC Mr. Montoya, in all illegal actions against me and my ministry, the most serious of which was the attempt to kill me and Wolfy by a lethal laser beam fired from a drone on September 16.
