 My cellphone showed I was being survei!ed by the California Highway Patrol.

I made a complaint to internal affairs about this and also about a prior incident where I believe my life was in danger from two California Highway Patrol officers.

I was told they would investigate both of my complaints.

I received a letter from Captain J L Jacobs about the investigation.

He makes no mention of investigating the surveillance as I was promised. He also says they are only investigating one officer.

He liveth and loveth a lie as the Bible says.

He refused to talk to me about the letter.

An investigator did call me.

He grilled me the way a Russian investigator would and was not logical and was constantly trying to entrap me.

He said he would send me a  report and I told him I would send it back to him unopened and he liveth and  loveth a  lie as the Bible says.

I have given back double and will flee Babylon and have nothing more to do with them.

I am relying on the Lord's justice.

The Lord has brought  his justice to this nation - Babylon - and answered my prayer for justice for this nation - read Revelation.

 There was a yacht moored at the Port of Poulsbo Marina owned by a wealthy Seattle businessman. It was the largest yacht at  the marina.

Every weekend he would have parties on his yacht attended by underage girls.

Two underage girls under the influence of drugs and alcohol fell off his yacht and drowned. One of the girls bodies washed up  on the shore of downtown Poulsbo.

The  owner of this yacht was worse than Jeffrey Epstein 

When  I found out about this my ministry intervened. The police chief was fired, the marina manager was fired, the owner of the yacht was evicted.

Unfortunately no charges were filed against the owner of the yacht.

Now USA Brian Moran was the chief criminal prosecutor and he filed no charges.

He protected the worse than "Jeffrey Epstein" of Liberty 

Bay, Poulsbo, Washington.

 The Chelan County Sheriff who was my friend gave a major interview to the Seattle Times.

He said the marijuana plantations are so large they are using straight line plastic pipe irrigation and he needs the help of the FBI and the DEA.

Like Assistant U S Attorney Thomas Wales he tried to do something about the largest marijuana plantations in the country and the FBI and DEA wouldn't help for all the reasons this blog has documented.

Murderers - A Boy And His Dog

 "A young boy was found dead with his dog in his lap after tying to escape Oregon wildfire."

"As wildfires ravaged the West coast, one boy and his dog died huddled together in a car, where they sought safety from the flames."

Air Force drones watched me for two nights with my dog sleeping next to me at 6,200 feet in the Alpine Lakes Wilderness Area, Washington State, where we were mountain climbing in God's beautiful creation.

I gave another report to Office of Special Investigations for The Secretary Of The Air Force.

The investigator couldn't have been better and promised to forward my complaint and said I should be getting a phone call.

So far this hasnt happened but their has been another attempt on my life by

Last night two drones were close by my  property at a low altitude.

They were triangulating my exact position with lights flashing including infrared.

I immediately moved and they were unable to fire a laser at me.

Drones have never been this close to me before.

RETALIATION AGAINST A WHISTLEBLOWER!

29/07/2020  16:49:30.  Military helicopter flew over my property and fired laser at me and Wolfy.

A large section of its  side and lower side was bright red.

I believe  this was the laser being heated up to a temperature of around 7000 degrees prior to the laser being fired at me and Wolfy.

Wolfy and I are always changing our positions for safety - advice of old Vietnam war sniper, and the laser missed.

It didn't miss by much.

Ten feet away from where Wolfy was in my patio the tree  leaves turned brown and were  dead.

I have a perfect picture of the military helicopter as described.

Prior to this incident we have been under constant military air and ground surveillance.

Heavenly Father,

With these sixteen red roses we remember and honor the brave  fallen airmen and sailors of the C-141 who made the supreme sacrifice for God and country when their C-141 crashed in 1975.

We also remember the brave men and women under the command of Colonel Duncan who were involved in the initial rescue attempt and subsequent recovery effort and we remember the six brave mountain climbers who made the first ascent ever of the southwest face of this mountain under extreme winter conditions and were the first to reach the crash site.

Heavenly Father, continue to comfort the relatives and friends of our fallen comrades and protect the men and women of McChord Air Force Base and the armed forces who daily are willing to make the supreme sacrifice for the cause of freedom here and around the world.

Constant danger from United States Air Force drones for five years:

Two times I had lasers  fired at me from United States Air Force  drones while I was in Issaquah, Wasington.
I have pictures and documented in my blog and journal.
I had a laser fired at me at my property from a United States Air Force drone.

The first time Wolfy let out a horrific"scream".

Remember the Stranger-Holy Ground Again

The crash site where Captain Glen W. Edwards, Major Daniel M. Forbes, Jr., 1Lt. Edward L. Swindell, Civilian Clare C. Lesser, and Civilian C.H. LaFountain's ashes are has now been restored to holy ground. I removed all garbage, picked up thousands of pieces of wine, beer, and whiskey bottles, repaired  over a thousand feet of barbwire -chicken wire fencing protecting  their ashes from humans and animals. I put two info boxes on  the cedar corner posts with free handouts inside with my prayer and info about the crash. I also put up a couple small American flags. The last thing I did was make five large crosses and mount them to the steel fence posts facing Edwards Air Force Base. The crosses are approximately five feet high and their tops about ten feet above the ground. I made the crosses from the stem of the desert agave plant - a white round stem like bamboo. After they were securely mounted I noticed numerous dark brown patterns in the bark about three inches long and a quarter inch wide. I looked closely and this pattern resembles a flying wing.
I worked on restoring the crash site to holy ground for three months in the desert heat, cold, wind, and even snow.
My pure black German Shepherd Ninja was always with me and my faithful conpanion. I kept her tied up because I didn't want her roaming on holy ground. When I finished restoring the crash site to holy ground I let her "inspect" what I had been doing. As you probably know German Shepherds have a keen sense of smell and are used to sniff out people in avalanches and collapsed buildings, etc. Ninja used her sense of smell and went right to the area of the crash site where the ashes are. I'm always amazed how the Lord works-i.e. The flying wing pattern in the bark and Ninja going right to the ashes but the Lord wasn't done.
While I was working at the crash site two marine fighter jets flew over at ground level showing the flag, a four engine marine transport flew over at ground level showing the flag, a civilian experimental jet flew over at ground level showing the flag, and many times the L.A. Water Department helicopter flew directly overhead showing the flag. Thank you Lord.
I am humbled to have been able to restore the crash site to holy ground again and know the spirits of Captain Glen W. Edwards, Major Daniel M. Forbes, Jr., 1Lt. Edward L. Swindell, Civilian Clare C. Lesser, and Civilian C.H. LaFountain are thankful they are no longer strangers and remembered again.

Remember the Stranger

My last journey to Captain Edwards crash site was in October. The crash site was desecrated - the four American flags were destroyed, three crosses were taken down, and the two info boxes and their contents destroyed.
I restored the crash site to holy ground again and stayed nearby. My presence didn't prevent a new info box from being destroyed by a shotgun blast. Only my pure black German Shepherd Ninja detecting the presence of the person who destroyed this info box saved me. Clearly my life was in danger.
I now have good reason to believe the U.S. Air Force is behind this violence.
I will be returning shortly to inspect the crash site. Please pray for my safety.

Cover-up - The Truth Will Prevail

The Secretary of the Air Force Wil be held responsible for ending the cover-up regarding Captain Edwards and the crash of his Y-49.
If he doesn't end the cover-up Admiral Mullen will be held responsible. If he doesn't end the cover-up President Obama will
be held responsible.

Yesterday we made  a complaint to the criminal hotline for the United States Air Force. Telephone number 877-246-1453 shown under Barbara M. Barrett - Secretary Of The Air Force.

We said we have been under constant danger from Air Force drones for five years. Explained why - top secret crash site for Captain Edwards and his YB-49 I exposed and my Christian ministry commemorates.
He asked if I had proof and I said I did.
I explained how Chief Of Staff Admiral Mullen - and his aide - Colonel Devine  tried to help me end the biggest cover-up in the history of the Air Force regarding Captain Edwards.
I explained how Colonel Devine was going to give my posts regarding Captain Edwards, and my commemorations of Air Force plane crashes written about my ministry in the McChord Air Force Base newspaper, to Admiral Mullen when he went with the President to Afghanistan.
She said it was depressing for him going to Afghanistan and  my writings would cheer him up.
I explained how the cover-up didn't end but the Chief of Staff for the General  in charge of Edwards Air Force Base wanted to meet me at the  crash site in the remote Mojave Desert.
He wanted to meet me with no one present.
Colonel Devine told me for my personal safety not to do this.
I explained  how the C 17 lll  flew over my property where I live at an altitude of a couple hundred feet making a 90 degree turn with a sequence of alternating white lights flashing and I believed these were lasers being fired at me.
I explained how this low altitude flight had everyone talking on the neighborhood web site and in all their years they had never seen anything like this.
I started to mention  drugs but decided not to go into at this time.
I then explained how the two articles written about me and my ministry by the McCord Air Force Base newspaper  were my commemorations about a B 17 crash killing three crew!embers and a c 141 crash killing 16 and how they were  the same squadron as  the C 17 lll.

The line then went dead.

Another Assassination Attempt

Wolfy and I have been climbing in drug county again in Chelan County.
At a remote trailhead we were under surveillance during the day.
Sleeping  in my van at this remote trailhead we were awoken at around midnight by light from a car and then two men with headlamps.
For the next hour they shined their headlamps at the back of my van - one headlamp beam was white and the other infrared.
The entire hour Wolfy barked a bark that would put the fear of God into anyone and protected his master.
The rest of the night was quiet.
At 4:50 a.m. I got up and found them sleeping.
I saw no car.
I believe they would have followed us into the hills with their goal of assassinating us which they had wanted to  do at the trailhead.
Wolfy and I quickly drove away from the trailhead to safety.

Strange Odor

Driving on the Blewett Pass Highway I detected an unusual odor.
The body of the hunter who was  brutally murdered has not been found.
I reported this odor to the inspector for the Kittatas County Sheriff.
He was appreciative of my help.

King County Sheriff

I could write about the King County Sheriff basically what I have written about the Kittatas County and Grant County Sheriff's with minor changes.
When I talked to the main helicopter pilot for the King County Sheriffs Department, who had me under surveillance, he told me they no longer enforce the law and he is looking forward to retirement.

My July 9 post about the Red Drug Plane is also pertinent regarding the Grant County Sheriff.
He didn't see the pictures but he is well aware what they show.
He has not asked for the pictures in spite of the fact this is the same plane I was in danger from in his county and he is aware of this.

Bushwhacker - Failed Assassination Attempt

Yesterday on my property Wolfy was on the highest alert I have ever seen him.
He was pulling as hard as he could on his leash toward the scent he was picking up.
When he got to the area where he thought he could see the bushwhacker he stood straight up on his rear legs barking as loud as he ever has.
We were now looking for him.
I'm sure just like the last assassination attempt he was sneaking off.
Wolfy did his  job again.
Fifteen minutes after this their was a loud explosion in the direction he went.
Wolfy barked loudly.
This is the first time Wolfy has ever barked at an explosion.
Fifteen minutes after this there was another loud explosion a little further away.

Next time Wolfy and I will track him like the Amur Tiger would.

The Red Drug plane was flying under the radar so it would not be detected. I have pictures and so does the Kittatas County Sheriff.
The Red Drug plane was flying so low it was a danger to me.
Flying this low is against FAA regulations because it is a danger to  people on the ground.

Bushwhacker - Failed Assassination Attempt

Please see Thursday, March 26, 2020 post, The Lord Stopped The Bullet.
Ever since that post I have tied Wolfy up so he can detect a bushwhacker 25 feet away.
That is exactly what Wolfy did yesterday while I was eating dinner on my patio.
Wolfy let out the most ferocious barking you have ever heard and using the fence for balance stood straight up over 6 feet tall.
I immediately took cover with Wolfy.
I then observed the bushwhacker sneaking away through the woods.
He had the appearance of a Russian.

Sheriff Myers - Kittatas County Sheriff

I provided Sheriff Myers with evidence of the
highest level drug cartel crime and Mafia drug  crime.

Upholding The Law - Drug Cartels

The last two weeks my life has been in extreme danger from the drug cartels who are responsible for killing our Mothers and children.
 I have called 911 in both Grant County and King County and they have not upheld the law regarding the drug cartels responsible for killing our mothers and children.
Grant County Deputy David E. De La Rosa, and King County Deputies Ford and Oh have put my life in extreme danger by not upholding the law against the drug cartels responsible for murdering our Mothers and their children.

Wacko Conspiracy Theories

An attempt has been made to entrap me regarding the wacko conspiracy theory that Bill Gates wanted to sterilize the population of India by placing something in their drinking water and by sending me a pdf file on this wacko theory. When I returned from my missionary work in cartel country this week I tried accessing my ministries financial accounts.
My contact number never went through and also three other national numbers for my financial institution.
I finally figured out how to access my accounts in a round about way.
This is a serious cyber attack against my ministry and a major financial institution.
I have a perfect reputation with my financial institution and I know they will take this criminal act seriously.
My ministries main mission of saving mothers and their children and babies from the drug scourge will not be deterred.

Sinaloa Drug Cartel - The Good News

This week I was able to bring the Gospel to a high ranking member of the Sinaloa Drug Cartel.
I showed him the love Jesus would have shown him and he respectfully accepted my business card with the Prayer Of The Heart, which summarizes the Gospel: "Lord Jesus Christ Have Mercy On Me.

Cover-up-The Truth Will Prevail

The Secretary of the Air force will be held responsible for ending the cover-up regarding Captain Edwards and the crash of his YB-49. If he doesn't end the cover-up Admiral Mullen will be held responsible. If he doesn't end the cover-up President Obama will be held responsible. Air force Cover-up

The Air force covered up why YB-49 crashed:

The owner of Northrop, the manufacturer of the YB-49, gave a speech to the world's aviation experts in Europe and said the YB-49 should never be stalled.
A test pilot for the YB-49 miraculously recovered from a stall of the YB-49.
After this placards were put on the instrument panel of the YB-49 saying to never stall this aircraft.
Shortly after this Captain Edwards was ordered to stall the YB-49 from which he never recovered and crashed killing all five on board.

The Air force covered up the location of the crash site even giving a false location for the crash site.

The Air force covered up the fact that the crew of the YB-49 and two civilian engineers were incinerated and only their ashes remained.

The funeral for Captain Edwards at his hometown of Lincoln, California was covered up by the Air force.
Lieutenant Chuck Yeager represented the Air force at the funeral and he told the funeral director to tell the media their was no funeral going on.

Note: Northrop built a fence around the crash site to protect their ashes from humans and animals and keep the crash site holy ground.

Missionary Work

Now that the Lords justice is prevailing we have more time to devote to the homeless.
There is a beggar in Issaquah, Washington who is a sad case because of what drugs have done to him.
The sign he flies says I have lice.
He has lost all touch with reality, but when we are next to him, and Wolfy starts barking, because Wolfy likes him, for a brief moment he comes back into reality and smiles at Wolfy.
Wolfy knows he is one of God's children.
He is a nice looking boy.

Psalm 27 Colonel Devine

Colonel Devine was the assistant to Admiral Mullen who was the Chairman of the Joint Chiefs of Staff under President Obama.
She did everything she could to help me end the Air force cover-up regarding Captain Edwards and the crash of his flying wing YB-49.
She told me my posts were very inspiring  as were the two articles written up in the McCord Airbase newspaper of my commemoration of a B-17 and a C-141 crash out of McCord Air force Base.
She said she would give the above to Admiral Mullen when  he.went.to Afganistan with President Obama because it was depressing for him to go to Afganistan and my posts and articles would inspire him.
I also believe they were read by President Obama.
Sadly the cover-up did not end.
The only thing that happened was the chief of staff for the general in charge of Edwards Air force Base called and wanted to meet me at the top secret crash site of Captain Edwards in the remote Mojave Desert.

I told this to Colonel Devine and she strongly advised against this for my own personal safety.

Captain Bill Schweizer Versus Navy Seals

Cruising down the Straits I had a Trident submarine on my port side some distance off.
Suddenly it made a 90 degree turn putting it on a collision course with me
I kept checking its bearing and it remained on a collision course with me even though I had the right of way.
I called the Coast Guard cutter by me and they told me to hold my course.
The submarine continued on a collision course with me and I called Coast Guard cutter three more times and they told me to hold my course because I had the right of way.
Finally there was a danger of collision and me and the Coast Guard cutter came  to a dead stop in the water.
This is called in extremis - the responsibility of a captain to disregard the rules of the road and do whatever he has to to avoid a collision.
Suddenly a platoon of Navy Seals came out of nowhere in their high speed inflatable.
They were going to take control of my boat by force because they were delusional.
They had heard all the communication with the Coast Guard.
They knew the Trident was in no danger.
The Coast Guard also knew they were delusional.
I was near the Coast Guard cutter and I pulled right along side it and the Coast Guard cutter turned it bow to protect me from the 16 Navy Seals.
This avoided any trouble.
As I was looking at the Navy Seals I was thinking they were just goons and common thugs.

Friday at 2:00pm a C-17 111 came from the north at an altitude of 150 feet.
Directly over my patio it made a sharp turn to the south.
I could see four small laser lights blinking on and off on the lower center fuselage.

The Lords Justice Will Prevail - My Mother. Revised

When I was a boy my Mother had a very traumatic experience with an evil cop.
She was stopped unjustly by a Tacoma Police motorcycle cop and given a ticket unjustly.
His behavior toward her was shameful.
My Mother had never before been treated like this.
My Father was appalled and called his friend who was a judge.
He was also appalled by the behavior of this evil cop and told my Father to have my Mother appear before him in his courtroom and he would throw the ticket out.
My Mother who is very spiritual didn't want to be in the presence of this evil cop and didn't go before the judge.
She said the Lords justice would prevail.
Two years later the Lords justice did prevail and this evil cop was involved in a career ending motorcycle accident.
My Mother has set a fine example for me to follow and I know the Lords justice will prevail.
I will continue to rely on the Lord and Wolfy to keep me safe.

They tried to poison Wolfy.
The mafia tried to make my van a coffin at my residence and were thwarted.
Two cartel animals tried to make my van a coffin in the desert and were thwarted.  I have license number.
I was unable to find one person to uphold the law.
Last night a helicopter circled my residence below 500feet illegally.
It was taking pictures of me and Wolfy and lit up with infrared which means our lives were in danger.

The Lord Stopped The Bullet

Yesterday evening while barbecuing  a shot was fired at me at close range.
This morning I found a footprint from where they fired from and Wolfy located this spot by sniff and then peed on it.
This spot was only 25 feet away.
I also determined how they got away so quickly and why Wolfy didn't detect them.
It is truly a miracle how the Lord protects me and Wolfy.
We shouldn't be alive today.

Last night the red drug plane flew by my property outside of Issaquah at a low altitude.
I have a good picture of it to prove this.
As I said in my last post the lives of me and Wolfy are in extreme danger.

Assistant US Attorney Thomas Wales Assassination Solved -Verification

Assistant US Attorney Thomas Wales was assassinated because he was trying to stop the flow of drugs and money from Kittitas County and Chelan County - the nations largest marijuana growing area.
Yesterday I verified the flow of drugs and money from these two counties.
While working on pictures for my new book in the desert in Kittitas County a single engine plane headed straight for me. It passed twenty feet over my head - an assassination attempt.
I have pictures of it approaching me, directly overhead, and leaving.
It is so low you think it is crashing.
Wolfy was some distance away but when he  heard the plane he lit out for me at full speed and arrived just as it passed overhead.
He knew his master was in danger and was protecting me.
This was the same plane a while back I have written about under assassination attempts against me and Wolfy. This assassination attempt was in Grant County.
The plane was heading north toward Chelan County.
I had parked nearby and that afternoon  taking off my climbing boots and relaxing I could see what looked like a landing strip - I wasn't sure.
Suddenly another small plane from the south circled and landed on this strip.
Within a few minutes the red plane came from Chelan County and landed. It taxied right next to the other plane. I could just barely see both pilots getting out.
After a few minutes one plane took off for probably Grant County.
The red plane remained and then I couldn't see it - it was camouflaged.
Neither plane had required numbers.
I have complete pictures with times of all of this.
I had just witnessed a high level drug transaction involving the mafia drug ring Henry Hill and the Russian Arnold Siederitz started - responsible for the assassination of Assistant US Attorney Thomas Wales,  and a major drug cartel - probably the Gulf Drug Cartel.
I am putting my life in extreme danger  by posting this on the internet.
I have now conclusively  proven that I am an honest citizen taking a stand through my Christian ministry against the drug scourge destroying our country.
The surveillance and attempts to assassinate me and Wolfy  should now end but because of the 'Third Level' - organized crimes infiltration of law enforcement , the courts, and politicians it won't.
I still believe there are people left in this country who believe in the law and I will work to see people go to prison for what has been done to me and Wolfy.

Two young girls ages 24 and 7 were brutally murdered in Mexico because of the drug scourge and their is a national uproar over their deaths - including social media.
When young children are brutally murdered because of the drug scourge in this country there is only silence.

Another Failed Assassination Attempt

Last night Wolfy and I were returning from a glorious day of wandering in the desert and mountains of eastern Washington and were being followed by drones.
Two of the drones flew the exact pattern that the drones flew when they fired lasers at us in Issaquah..

Issaquah Police Department: God Will Give Them Their Delusions And See Their Evil And Laugh

The other day I came back to my car at Home Depot.
I always park in the parking spots reserved for veterans.
They are clearly marked: Reserved, American flag, United States Veterans.
To my surprise their was a Issaquah Police suburban parked directly in front of me in the opposite spot clearly marked: Reserved, American flag, United States Veterans.
I got in my van and he was staring at me and obviously harassing me and surveiling  me.
This continued and then I got out of my van and took a couple pictures of him and his suburban and the sign: Reserved, American flag, United States Veterans.
I called Commander Bob Parker about this and gave him a detailed description of the work my Christian ministry does and the persecution I am under because I am a Christian.
I told him about the drones and their attempts to silence me and Wolfy while we have been in Issaquah City limits.
I also told him about the report of the Department of Homeland Security chaired by a Marine Corps General stating all organizations of faith and individuals of faith are now in danger in this country and their lives are in danger. He is urging the government to help.
This was a very long conversation and he assured me he was a Christian and the importance of the Bible.
I then asked him to help me and my ministry and look at my proof: pictures of lasers being fired at me from drones and proof a laser was fired at my pure black German Shepherd Wolfy.
He said no.
I believe he is well aware, as is the Police Chief of Issaquah, that the government is trying to harm me and Wolfy and has been involved within the city limits of Issaquah..
I am not going to go into his response because he was not truthful and his answer has no merit.
I know what Mrs. Alexander would say: "Bullshit, bullshit, bullshit. Throw the rock, hide your hand." ( Now deceased but most respected Christian black lady in Seattle and in charge of my board.)

I also know what the Holy Bible would say about the times we are living in that all those trying to harm Wolfy and me are part of:

When my life was in danger from the drones in California the last thing the California Highway Patrol Captain said to me was: "You are now safe because if anything would happen to you now they know we know where to go."
When my life was in danger from drones in Grant County, Washington the Sheriff, unlike Bob Porter, was concerned for my safety and helped me stay safe.

Commander Bob Parker did not do one thing the California Highway Patrol did to help protect me from the danger of the drones or one thing the Sheriff of Grant County did to protect me from the drones.

God could not have given me a better example of my title - Thank you Lord.

Boycott Alpinist Magazine - Mistaken

If anyone thinks my boycott of Alpinist is unrelated to drug corruption they are mistaken.

DHS and Religious Persecution

A special subcommittee for DHS - co-chaired by retired Marine Corps General John Allen, has now issued a report verifying what I have been saying about the religious persecution of me and my ministry and the attempts on the lives of me and Wolfy because of my faith.

"The report by the DHS committee, whose members include leaders of different faiths, concluded that all religious groups are susceptible to being targeted for violence."

" In the last several years, America has experienced an increase in targeted violence against our faith-based communities and organizations. .. individuals with a particular faith identity, have been terrorized and, in some cases, attacked ruthlessly  and injured or brutally murdered. ...It is every governments duty to secure conditions of peace, justice and liberty in which people of faith may exercise their religious freedoms without oppression and fear."

This report has not been acted upon by the head of DHS and similar reports issued in 2012 and 2014 were not acted upon by the head of DHS.

End Religious Persecution. Russians? Ukraine? Family Still Protecting Ronald.

I asked my oldest boy recently if Ronald was from Ukraine or Russia.
He wouldn't give me a straight answer.
The FBI needs to investigate my ex wife and why she has protected Ronald and Henry Hill by getting a life long illegal restraining order against me so that I couldn't talk to my youngest boy and son in law about Arnold and Henry Hill - now deceased, about criminal activity.
They were giving me valuable information.

According to my oldest boy his Mother is now afraid of Ronald. If this is true - why? The FBI needs to investigate. Note: Ronald was my former wifes  significant other for at least five years.

Boycott Mountaineering Books And Editor Katie Ives - Upholding The Climbers Code

I talked to the CEO of the Mountaineers about my concerns regarding mountain safety and Alpinist Magazine and Editor Katie Ives lack of concern for mountain safety and promotion of the idea that climbing is dangerous which is responsible for climbers needlessly dyeing.
I also covered my concerns regarding climbers use of drugs which has led to the death of many climbers and the criminal element in the wilderness which has led to the deaths of innocent hikers and mountaineers.
These are all issues which should be addressed in the next edition of Freedom Of The Hills.
Unfortunately his response is two years from now when their working on the new addition.
This answer is unsatisfactory.
He didn't address my concerns regarding Editor Katie Ives and Alpinist.
Why would you want to publish a book by the editor of a magazine that is responsible for the deaths of mountaineers and is using her magazine to promote her future book now and say it is going to be published by Mountaineers Books?
Climbers are dyeing now and they are publishing books now and the editor of Freedom needs to start thinking about these issues now.
My new book addresses these issues.
You can now better see why I am promoting a boycott.
I have been trying now for two months to talk to the Editor of Freedom Of The Hills and the person in charge of the safety chapter and Katie Ives editor at Mountaineers Books.

My first experience with Jim Whittaker was when I was  just a boy.
My friend and I rode my Honda motor scooter
 from Tacoma to Seattle to the original one room REI store.
Jim Whitaker helped me and I bought the best down parka he had to keep me warm riding my motor scooter.
It was made in England and very expensive.
It did keep me warm on the ride back to Tacoma.
When I got back to my friends house I unsnapped it and the snaps came right out of the fabric.
My friends mother, whose husband was a successful Tacoma businessman, told me to take it back and demand my money back.
She said he will try to cheat you but raise holy hell and don't leave to you get your money back.
Her advice was sound and I followed it and eventually got my money back.
I learned a valuable lesson in protecting myself from dishonest businessmen

My next experience with Jim Whittaker  was with him and Editor Katie Ives.
The most important part of my piece for Alpinist was what Jim Whittaker said about the Buddhist proverb regarding the Himalaya Mountains which was in the book Mountaineers Books published about his life.
Supposedly he sent Editor Katie Ives an email saying he didn't say this.
My piece was run without this quote and it changed my piece drastically in a non spiritual way.
Later going through my archives I found the exact quote and page number from his book..
I sent four messages to him asking him to tell Editor Ives the quote was in his book and he did not respond.
I even told him how proud my Mother was to have climbed a mountain with him when a deceased climber they knew had his ashes scattered  on the mountain.
I also told him how my Great  Grandfather was a well respected settler in the county where he lived and had his name on the cornerstone of the Port Townsend Courthouse.
I was unable to motivate him to respond and sadly he showed disrespect for my Mother and her Grandfather - very shameful.
I advised Editor Ives of the exact quote and page number and asked her if she could correct my online piece.
She never responded.
I suspect they were both not responding to protect each other from their lies.
This now brings me to Mountaineers Books and Jim Whittaker
Mountaineers Books published the book about his life.
Whittaker started a business selling outdoor clothing to all the major retailers.
His business was submitting fake invoices to the bank.
When the bank called Jim Whittaker in he blamed it all on his business partner and said he had no knowledge of this.
I don't believe this and believe US Attorney Thomas Wales wanted to prosecute him but was stopped because Jim Whittaker  was so famous.
Assistant U S Attorney Thomas Wales  was able to force Whittaker to sell most of his assets and repay the bank.
Mountaineers Books allowed Whittaker  to portray himself as a helpless victim and blame everything on his partner and also slander the reputation of Assistant US Attorney Thomas Wales.
Read the book. Shameful on the part of Whittaker and Mountaineering Books.
Even his sons book published by Mountaineers Books slanders Assistant US Attorney Thomas Wales for destroying his inheritance - shameful.
Their is one truthful writing in the book, even though he is trying to slander Assistant US Attorney Thomas Wales, when he recounts how  Assistant  US Attorney Thomas Wales blew up at him for trying to use his fame to influence the trial.
Whittaker then goes on to slander the Federal Judge who handled the trial against his partner by saying the Judge just gave him a slap on the wrist when he was found guilty.
The judge knew that Jim Whittaker  was the real criminal and he should have been the primary person on trial and found guilty.

Assistant US Attorney Thomas Wales is the only US Attorney to have ever been assassinated.
As this blog has documented he died fighting the drug scourge destroying this country.

I believe my ministry has solved this crime and has named the two organized crime figures responsible but as a Chief for the King County Sheriff told me: "every detective has their favorite suspect in a murder case."
In light of his comment and respect for his opinion - Chief Frank Adamson - the FBI took a full report from me on why it could have been Jim Whittaker and his connections with the Russians responsible for the assassination of Assistant US Attorney Thomas Wales.

Instead of writing the above about Editor Katie Ives and Jim Whittaker I could have just quoted from Revelation 22:15.

Outside the city are the dogs--
