This morning I talked to Lisa, the aide to David Harlow - Deputy Director for the U.S. Marshalls.
I explained how Seattle is refusing to investigate Frank Montoya - Director of the Seattle office of the FBI and Annette Hayes - United States Attorney, for felony harassment, stalking, voyeurism, and malicious harassment under the Washington State hate crime law.
Her comment was: "We have no authority." - A LIE.
I then read the following to her which comes from their web page:
Title 28 USC Chapter 37 564 authorizes US Marshalls, Deputy Marshalls and such other officials of the service as may be designated by the director, in executing the laws of the United States within a state, to exercise the same powers which a sheriff of the state may exercise in executing the laws thereof.
I then tried to explain the reasons for the surveillance, the extent of the surveillance, how I am a law abiding citizen and a captain in the United States Merchant Marine, Seattle's refusal to investigate and even talk to me.
Instead of having me talk to a U.S. Marshall she gave me the age old put off: "Send us a letter."
I tried to explain how she could lookup my complaint on my popular website, which she didn't want to do. I then tried to explain to her how the 15 drones should be used over every major city to protect police officers and to prevent a dirty bomb attack, which could kill over 300,000 Americans, but she rudely cut me off ending the conversation.
As this website documents week after week I am dealing with liars and cowards as the Bible predicts when a country becomes Babylon.
