A Prayer For Lt. Wileman and Lt. Cmdr. Evans

....pray, pray, to the merciful master for help...in their final agonizing moments, since for God time is infinitely malleable, and he will have heard what the poet (and the reader), asks even now, a month, or a century on: The prayer thou hearst me making have, at the awful overtaking heard, have heard and granted grace that day grace was wanted, it is all one can do. as for their precious souls...only God can be in at the end, only the Father can help there. Gerald Manley Hopkins Jesuit Priest Wolfy Two and I will be going to where their "awful overtaking" occured and saying this prayer and placing a dozen red roses. Captain Bill Schweizer U.S.M.M., founder, missionary, prophet, and Wolfy Two Mountaintop Sea Ministries International 501(c)(3) without menses - malice Note: Father Hopkins wrote this prayer when a British Navy sailing ship returning from a training cruise was hit by a freak storm and sunk and 600 naval cadets drowned and only one survived
