Drug Cartel Headquarters

Former Mexican President Vincente Fox in a recent interview said the Headquarters for the Mexican drug cartels are in the United States.
In other words the Mexican drug cartels are controlled by U.S. citizens and businesses and the 'Third Level'  in  the United States because the headquarters launder the billions of dollars of drug money.
President Trump and the 'Third Level' are at the center of this and this explains why so many people are trying to silence me and my every move is being monitored by drones, the U.S. Government, organized crime, and Russians.
President Trump has built his empire on drug laundered money, especially Russian drug laundered money.
A businessmans  most key partner is his attorney.
