I would like to thank the Kern County Sheriff's Department and the Bureau of Land Management's rangers for protecting me in the Mojave Desert of California. There are good people in law enforcement who will risk their life to protect a law abiding citizen-even a law abiding citizen who informs. Thank you!

Whenever I do posts related to the drug corruption in Chelan County I know there will be retaliation.

How did my boy go from writing the above to "shooting the Albatross?"
The answer is: Jehovah Witness Church.
I had a conversation with a leader of the church I grew up in about my boy  and he said: "We have seen a lot of families destroyed when a person becomes a member of the Jehovah Witness Church."
I am a Catholic as was my boy.
I am not judging the Jehovah Witness Church, even though they judge Catholics. I am only stating a fact.
Like Pope Francis said: "Who am I to judge?"

Elder Debios in Conroe, Texas justifies my boy not giving his father Spray II-my sailboats yacht tender and racing sailing dingy, by saying: "it's just a boat."
The fact that my boy is breaking the commandments regarding this boat-lieing, stealing, not honoring his father and has murder in his heart, makes no difference to the Jehovah Witness Church.
My boy continues to preach in front of the congregation and go door to door telling others how they should live.
They are out of tune:

The picture for this writing--a small sailboat on the ocean climbing a large wave, shows a yacht tender securely fastened to the house (roof) of the sailboat.
The yacht tender is an El Toro sailboat identical to my sailboat Spray II.

It's not just a boat.

I find immense pleasure in the gurgle and splash of a boat propelled by a direct force of nature, the snapping of canvas and the humming of rigging in a fresh breeze, the rattle of ropes running through blocks, the crying of gulls, the lift and heave of a buoyant hull, the pressure of wind against my body, the sting of flying spray, the sight of billowing sails and the swirling foam of the wake. Mexico - U.S.A.

I believe the same can be said about the United States.

We are now experiencing unprecedented criminal violence related to drugs and a malaise affects the entire country related to the drug scourge destroying our country.

46,000 people a year are now dyeing from drug overdoses and there is no outcry.

Pope Francis has also spoken many times about the dangers of legalizing marijuana.

Illegal Lifetime Restraining Order - ex wife, and two of my children

It is illegal to use a restraining order to keep a person from looking into criminal matters and informing.

It is illegal to use a restraining order to harass a person, violate a persons first and second amendment rights, silence a person, retaliate against a person - whistleblower, and destroy a persons character.

I was never served regarding the illegal lifetime restraining order.

I have tried for months to get a copy of the illegal lifetime restraining order and been unsuccessful. I have even made requests for a copy of the illegal lifetime restraining order under FOIA to no avail.

According to my oldest boy my two children and ex wife know nothing about the illegal lifetime restraining order.

The following people were involved in the illegal lifetime restraining order and refusing to give me a copy:
Chelan County sheriff, Chelan County Superior Court judges, Chelan County clerk, Chelan County commissioners, and the Chelan County prosecutor and former Chelan County prosecutor.

The State of Washington Commission On Judicial Conduct has investigated the illegal lifetime restraining order two times.

The time frame for the illegal lifetime restraining order is the same time frame as me naming the two Chelan county individuals responsible for the assassination of Assistant US Attorney Thomas Wales and relating it to Chelan and Kittitas counties being the largest marijuana growing area in the country and the involvement of the 'Third Level' in Chelan County - organized crimes infiltration of law enforcement, the courts and politicians.

The time frame for the illegal lifetime restraining order is also the same time frame as my son and son in law providing me valuable information on high level drug corruption in Chelan County, Henry Hill and Assistant US Attorney Thomas Wales.

Exhibits 28 thru exhibit 43 will substantiate much of above. Exhibits 44 thru exhibit 51 will prove I was always a good father.

I am also withholding some valuable information regarding above illegal lifetime restraining order for my own protection.

Mount Rainier tragedy, El Faro tragedy, liars and cowards

The similarities between the Mount Rainier tragedy and the El Faro tragedy are eerie.
When the National Park Service had helicopters fly over the debris field they told the public they saw no bodies, only clothing. They lied - bodies were visible.
When the U.S. Coast Guard flew over the debris field they told the public they saw no bodies only survival suits.
I believe there were bodies inside the survival suits and they lied.

El Faro - not seaworthy

The longshoremen who loaded the El Faro didn't believe the El Faro was seaworthy when they noticed rusty holes in the hull.
The seamen on the El Faro had been complaining about the seaworthiness of the El Faro as they swept rust from her decks.
The U.S. Coast Guard, Tote, and other authorities were aware the El Faro was not seaworthy due to a hull and superstructure weakened by rust.
When the Curv 21-remotely operated vehicle, surveyed the sunken El Faro it was discovered the navigation bridge structure and deck below it had separated from the ship. (the separation occurred during the hurricane while the El Faro was still afloat).
The U.S. Coast Guard, Tote, and other authorities are as responsible as the captain of the El Faro for the loss of the ship and her crew.

I turned on my computer last night where I live and went to connect to the internet and two networks were displayed titled FBI surveillance.
If law enforcement put as much time into solving the seven assassinations as they do on surveillance of me these assassinations would be solved.
Unfortunately they do not want these assassinations solved.
My blog is now documenting that the United States Attorneys do not want them solved and the law upheld.
The FBI and the Seattle United States Attorneys office and other United States Attorney offices are now violating my free speech rights, freedom of religion, and retaliating against and harassing me and  my ministry.
Last week I even received an abusive, rude, interrogating, accusative and paranoid phone call from the Sacramento United States Attorneys office.
He said he was not going to read my internet letter and put at risk his internet connection.
He showed no compassion for assassinated Assistant United States Attorney Thomas Wales.
I am very proud of my upper level captains license in the United States Merchant Marine and when I was sworn in by the United States Coast Guard I swore to uphold the laws of the United States of America. I also received the highest security clearance.

Tom Roth Roffy is the head investigator for the El Faro tragedy. He is not conducting a proper investigation. As with the Mount Rainier tragedy investigators he is showing no respect for the truth and is cowardly.
Thank God there are attorneys working on behalf of fallen crew members who are seeking the truth and are courageous. I know they will prevail.

"It's the drugs."

The Seattle culture actively promotes the use of marijuana. Even the coach of the Seattle Seahawks promotes marijuana usage.
The Seattle Mariners and the Seattle Seahawks are now paying the price for
 marijuana usage.
The Mariners were picked by everyone to go to the World Series. They ended up last. Every game they made stupid plays. The sports announcers were constantly saying there was no explanation for the way they played. When their is no explanation people who deal with drug users say: "It's the drugs."
The sports announcers for the Seattle Seahawks are now saying the same thing about how the Seahawks are playing and once again when there is no explanation for how they are playing all you can say is: "It's the drugs."
The announcers for both teams have even described individual play as stupid.
Marijuana makes you stupid-that's why it has always been called dope, it affects your memory, it affects your reaction time, it affects you perception, and it affects your motivation.

The El Faro tragedy is now being covered up like the Mount Rainier tragedy was covered up.
The cover up started when the Coast Guard wouldn't recover the crew members body. The NTSB is covering up the communications from the ship in its final moments when they reported they were listing fifteen degrees.

Dope

One of the main reasons marijuana is a dangerous drug is it makes you stupid-that is why it is called dope.
Here is an example: I went into Home Depot this morning and showed my brand new compass-identical to what the U.S. military uses, to Home Depots main cashier. I know he likes to hike with his dog. When I recommended he get a compass like this his comment was: "I am a boy scout. I don't need a compass, I use twigs."
Only a pothead would make a comment like that. This is what dope does to you. It makes you very, very stupid.
I have made numerous complaints to Home Depot for hiring employees who use drugs. Lowes screens all prospective employees for drug usage.

I gave a beautiful full size poster from a digital picture I took when I climbed Yosemite's world famous North Dome to an REI employee. She said she would put it up in  their break room. She never did.
No one at REI knows what happened to it.
I have been promised by customer service, the manager of the store, the assistant managers and even the president of REI's assistant they would find out what happened and get back to me.
Know one has kept their promise.
There is absolutely no explanation why all these people couldn't keep their word to me.
Having worked with people who are part of the drug culture you constantly see them do things for which there is no explanation and all you can say is: "it's the drugs."
I now believe the reason no one at REI could keep their word to me is because REI has a drug culture and all you can say is: "it's the drugs."
There is a reason the governor of California is publicly saying keep the potheads in Washington, we don't want them.

Attention 'Third Level', drug cartels, Seattle heroin ring.

When it comes to killings the Mexican drug cartels all try to outdo each other for the most gruesome killings.
If I have to take a life to save my life (see 9-21-15 post) I am going to outdo the Mexican drug cartels for a gruesome killing.
I bought a 25mm flare launcher and a 12 gauge flare launcher for emergency distress signaling devices for my sailboat. They also make lethal weapons.
One shot to the eye and the persons brain will be incinerated.
During WW II the U.S.S. Houston single handedly took on an entire fleet of Japanese warships.
Before she sank she ran out of ammunition and fought the final minutes of the battle with flare launchers.
The sound of Japanese sailors screaming filled the air and burning flesh as they were being incinerated by the flares from the U.S.S. Houston.
I also have red rocket flares I bought for my sailboats ocean safety system.
These can also be used as a long distance weapon. They have a range of a thousand feet and burn for over forty seconds at thirty thousand candle power.
They are similar to what the sailors on the U.S.S. Houston used to incinerate the Japanese sailors.

"Bring my son home."

The U.S. Coast Guard misled the public when they said they found a person in a survival suit and the body couldn't be identified.
The public believed based on the above statement the body was recovered and was unrecognizable because it was decomposed.
The body was not recovered it was only spotted from the air and the decision was made not to recover the body. The body couldn't be identified because they saw it from the air.
If you think the coast guards cowardice and lying doesn't have consequences here is what the father of a missing crewmember said: "...officials didn't want to spend money to continue the search....Bring my son home. I know you can't bring him back.. But bring some of him home, what's left of him, so I can give him a proper burial. Bring my child home. That's all I ask." Their cowardice and lying is further shown by the fact no effort is being made to locate any bodies and in particular this body which they know the location of. Since the body is in a survival suit it is still floating around in the ocean and someday will wash ashore. The body could very well be the son of the father I just quoted.
If one crew member was able to get into a survival suit how many other crew members are still floating around in their survival suits?
Rear Admiral Scott Buschman should be court martialed along with the crew of the helicopter!

Mount Rainier tragedy-liars and cowards

In my conversation with the superintendant of the Mount Rainier National Park about recovering the bodies of the six missing climbers I told him the U.S. Marines always risk their lives to recover their dead. He made fun of the marines.
I then told him the U.S. Coast Guard has a saying: "You have to go out but you don't have to return." He told me the Coast Guard no longer believes that. I disagreed.
As I am writing this two U.S. Coast Guard cutters are heading into the eye of Hurricane Joaquin and fighting 30foot seas and 140mph winds in their search for the missing container ship El Faro and 33crew members.
In the words of U.S. Coast Guard Lt. Commander Sonata: "...we were just pushing the envelope. We were just fighting to get to the scene."
"You have to go out but you don't have to return."
The U. S. Coast Guard is well aware that their mission tragically will be a recovery mission.

I am now letting it be known that when I go to the mountains Ninja and I am also going to be going on the offensive with those trying to harm me in the mountains and I will take their life when my life is in danger to save my life.
I will be taking no steps to evade their tracking of me because in their tracking of me Ninja and I will be able to track them.
This strategy is the same as the great Bengali tiger of India and the great Amour tiger of Russia use to kill those who are trying to kill them.

Mothers who have lost children in the drug war in Mexico are now setting up memorials to their children on the streets of Mexico City. The pictures of their slain children are graphic. They do not want people to forget.
This is the single most effective thing that has been done to combat the drug war in Mexico. I know Mahatma Gandhi and Dr. Martin Luther King would agree.

What would King County Search and Rescue have done about the unrecovered bodies on Mount Rainier?

Granite Mountain, near the summit of Snoqualmie Pass, is notorious for its deadly avalanches. Fred Becky's authoritative guide book warns of the avalanche danger and how to avoid it.
A couple years ago three climbers were caught in an avalanche on Granite Mountain and one was killed. He was a prominent doctor and left behind a wife and little daughter.
King County Search and Rescue tried for days to recover his body. Everyday they were exposing themselves to avalanches.
It was spring and in a few months the snow would melt and his body could be easily recovered. This is what did happen.
Why did they expose themselves day after day to extreme danger trying to recover a dead climber?
The answer is simple. Everyday his wife was at the mountain and she would tell the curious press I am not coming off the mountain till my husbands body is recovered. It was obvious she loved her husband deeply. The members of King County Search and Rescue had great compassion for her.
Unfortunately after days of searching for her husbands body they finally had to give up.
I know King County Search and Rescue took every safety precaution they could but the fact remains they were searching on the deadly avalanche side of the mountain.
Their compassion for the widow and daughter is to be greatly admired.
They were true mountaineers.
They were not liars or cowards.

I'm Tired...

I'm not tired of the corrupt politicians, police, and judges. I'm not tired of the corrupt narcos. They are all doing what their supposed to do.
I'm tired of the Americans who can't see that drugs are destroying this country and because of their delusions can't inform. They won't do what their supposed to do as citizens-see that the law is upheld. In Washington and Colorado they have even corrupted the law.
They are corrupt to their very souls just like the corrupt police, politicians, judges, and narcos.

Could you please provide me with the name and how to get in touch with the woman who always sat by Dolly's front door and greeted everyone with a friendly smile for years and appeared to be a person who required no care.
As you know she experienced a major trauma and her face was severely bruised. After the trauma she suffered from severe post traumatic stress syndrome and relived her trauma continually, had a permanent look of horror on her face, and fled from anyone who might see her.

Bill,

I'm writing you in regards to you letter to Tina, moms care giver.
Your letter insinuates that there was elder abuse at Dolly house and they're by implying that Tina was involved. I was at that house at least three days a week along with a lot of other people and nothing can be further from the truth. By the way Dolly is deceased. Tina was by far the best caregiver that worked there and we are fortunate to have her take mom in.
As moms guardian I am asking you not to have any contact with Tina or her husband. Mom is very content there and gets the best care. I don't need you making wild accusation that could jeopardies mom staying there. By harassing Tina you are indirectly harassing mom.
If you want to communicate with mom you have to arrange it through me. Tina's house is a private residence that you cannot visit.
I wish it didn't have to be this way.

Liars & Cowards-Mount Rainier Tragedy

What would Colonel Carrington have done about the unrecovered bodies on Mount Rainier?

The Fetterman massacre was the decisive victory of the Sioux Indians against the U. S. Calvary. It led to the U. S. Government suing for peace with the Sioux Indians and Chief Red Cloud literally dictating the terms of the peace treaty.
After this massacre what was the reaction of the colonel who had lost so many of his men? The following quotes from The Heart of Everything That Is-a New York Times bestseller, tell us what he did.
 His wife, the post surgeon, and his four surviving junior officers tried to talk him out of it. They all agreed it was a terrible idea. Colonel Carrington insisted. He would not allow hostiles to sense any weakness. But the more powerful reason was that he had to see for himself. It was midday and bitterly cold on December 22.  Eighty-three soldiers and civilians, the best he could select, followed him through the front gate toward Lodge Trail. Storm clouds studded down from the north.
Carrington was surprised that the Indians had not followed up the massacre with a sunrise attack. When the bugle blew reveille and the report of the morning gun echoed back from the hills, he had expected the sound to be met with howls, eagle whistles, and arrows. But as the pale sun rose farther over Pilot Knob not an Indian was visible on the ridges and hills. This, Carrington knew, did not mean the Indians were not there.
While his troop assembled he had whispered to Mrs. Grummond a promise to retrieve her husbands body
Jim Bridger's failing eyesight and the biting cold may have made him less of an asset to the battalion-the old man's arthritis barely allowed him to walk, much less mount a horse and ride for any length of time.... Bridger had pulled himself out of bed that morning and limped out into the day. Despite the intense pain in his joints he volunteered to ride as a scout. He, too, expected an attack at any moment, and he'd decided that when it occurred it would be as fine an occasion as any to end his career and his life.
The temperature remained around zero, and darker storm clouds blotted out the sun as the detail trod silently past the rock pile and reached the high ground strewn with boulders. The rocky earth along the ridgeline was streaked with frozen pools of blood, and the bodies were so stiff that one civilian likened the task of loading them onto the wagons to stacking cordwood. The mules again huffed and kicked at the smell of blood and offal, and soldiers were assigned to hold their heads and reins to keep them from bolting. One team of mules threw off the flailing handlers and dumped a half-filled wagon. Corpses frozen into grotesque contortions tumbled across the slope. "It was," wrote a witness,"a terrible sight and a horrible job.".
The men on the ridge... had been butchered, but cavalrymen in the detail recognized infantry insignia mixed among the dead. One horseman, John Guthrie, noted, "Some had crosses cut on their breasts, faces to the sky, some crosses on the back, faces to the ground.... We walked on top of internals and did not know it in the high grass. Picked them up, that is their internals, did not know the soldiers they belonged to, so you see the cavalry man got an infantry man's gutts and an  infantry man got a cavalry man's gutts."
From the ridgeline the wagons rolled slowly down to Peña Creek, where Lieutenant Grummond and Sergeant Augustus Lang were discovered. Grummond's head had been severed and his body had suffered the usual mutilations. Not far away from him lay the frozen hulk of Jimmy Carrington's pony, Calico. The horse too, had been scalped.....A few hundred yards down the creek bed lay the bodies of James Wheatley, Isaac Fisher, "and four or five of the old long-tried and experienced soldiers." Piles of spent Henry rifle cartridges littered the little ring created by their slain horse and an additional ten dead ponies. Outside the defensive circle a soldier counted sixty-five smudges of dark, clotted blood, perhaps indicating where an Indian had fallen.
It was dark before the column moved back over the crest of Lodge Trail Ridge..... Back inside the fort Colonel Carrington handed Frances Grummond a sealed envelope containing a lock of her husbands hair. Not long afterward, the blizzard that had threatened all day began. The temperature dropped to twenty below and by daylight on December 23 snowdrifts had crested so high against the
west wall of the stockade that guards could walk over it.... all through the day before Christmas Fort Phil Kearny was tense. A triple guard remained at every loophole.
If any scintilla of holiday spirit still breathed it was smothered by the steady whine of handsaws and a clanging of hammers on nails as carpenters worked around the clock constructing pine coffins-two men to a coffin except for the dead officers, Captain Fetterman, Lieutenant Grummond,and Captain Brown had separate caskets. The coffins were numbered to identify each occupant, and Colonel Carrington dispatched a grave-digging detail to break the frozen earth beneath Pilot Knob. He hoped for a solemn Christmas Day service. But even continuous half-hour work shifts could not accomplish that. The snow was too high, the ground was too hard, and the threat of another attack was too overwhelming to spare enough men. So a day late, on December 26, forty-two pine boxes were hurriedly interred in a shallow fifty-foot-long trench.
Following the somber ceremony there was nothing to do but batten down Fort Phil Kearny and wait. For what, only God and Red Cloud knew.

In July 1908, for the first time since the Battle of the Hundred-in-the-Hands forty-two years earlier, Colonel Carrington returned to the site.... The few men and women still living who had occupied Fort Phil Kearny had been invited to mark the Independence Day weekend by visiting the rocky knoll in the Peña Creek Valley where Captain Fetterman had fallen and where a monument was to be erected
 consecrating the battle. Today the stone marker rises from the yellow sweet clover and the purple Canada thistle....
On that day in 1908 Colonel Carrington, who was eighty-four, wore his blue colonel's uniform and was accompanied by his wife,....
Those attending the 1908 reunion were surprised by the vigor of the old soldier as he delivered an extemporaneous, hour-long speech.... this would be Colonel Carrington's last hurrah.

These are truly biblical times. Read the Bible and see what happened when Israel turned their backs on God. We have now turned our backs on God.
I used to have a tax practice and one of my good clients had relatives who owned property where the fires are now burning in the Chelan county area.
Their relatives had a Mexican cartel member come up to them and put a gun to their head and say you don't want to come here anymore.
My clients referred to the marijuana grow operations in the Chelan county area as "plantations."
Many of these "plantations" are now burning.

I consider Messner the greatest big mountain climber.
What would Messner do about the unrecovered bodies on Mount Rainier?
I'm positive he would recover their bodies. Here's why:
When Messner was solo climbing a big mountain without oxygen in the Himalayas he came across the body of a fallen climber. He risked his life and the success of his climb and properly buried the fallen climber.

Marijuana is called dope for a reason-it makes you stupid.
As an example: A Seattle Mariner pitcher had a no hitter and what did the sports reporters on ESPN-KIRO talk about?- how during the no hitter the Mariner announcer wouldn't go pee and he had to hold it. This further degenerated into them talking about their personal experiences of not going pee and having to hold it and even how they had to hold their legs together to keep from going pee.
I have never heard such dopes on the radio-stupid, stupid, stupid.
Jerry Brown, the governor of California said: " Keep the potheads in Washington, we don't want them."
Its sad were becoming known as the stupidest state in the nation along with Colorado.
Theirs a reason Boeing has moved thousands of jobs out of the Pacific Northwest. Theirs a reason Boeing  moved their corporate headquarters out of the Pacific Northwest.
Boeing doesn't like drugs and Boeing doesn't like corruption.

For years my ministry helped heroin addicts in China town. Many times I saw Donnie Chin and I know his presence kept me safe.
I am greatly saddened by his death
As with U. S. Assistant Attorney Thomas Wales, Washington State Patrol communications manager Anne Miller-Hewitt, Washington State Patrol trooper Gary Miller, Washington State Patrol trooper Kristopher Sperry, and 6 year old Ricardo Alejandra-Garcia and 4 year old Mariano Alejandra-Garcia the cover up has already started and like with the foregoing Donnie Chins death is related to organized crime, drugs and the 'Third Level'- organized crimes infiltration of law enforcement, the courts, and politicians.
Donnie Chin was increasingly concerned with the illegal hookah lounges in China town.
Researching the internet on hookah and heroin I found the following on Yahoo Answers: " About that hookah smoking caterpillar? What exactly was he smoking? A mix of opium, hash, weed, meth, ISO, speed, heroin, magic mushrooms, eke, acid, DMT, ecstasy, and, PCP.

Corrupt to the soul

Just across the bridge is the gigantic marketplace, the insatiable consumer machine that drives the violence here. North Americans smoke the dope, snort the coke, shoot the heroin, do the meth, and then have the nerve to point south (down, of course, on the map), and wag their fingers at the "Mexican drug problem" and Mexican corruption. 
It's not the "Mexican drug problem," Pablo thinks now, it's the North American drug problem.
As for corruption, who's more corrupt-the seller or the buyer? and how corrupt does a society have to be when its citizens need to get high to escape their realty, at the cost of bloodshed and suffering of their neighbors?

"When opportunity offered Joyce led search parties to look for the bodies or any trace of the missing men, and he subsequently handed me the following report:
"I beg to report that the following steps were taken to try and discover the bodies of Captain Mackintosh and Mr. Hayward. After our party's return to the hut at Cape Evans, July was 15, 1916, it was learned that Captain Mackintosh and Mr. Hayward had not arrived and being aware of the conditions under which they were last seen, all the members of the wintering party were absolutely convinced that these two men were totally lost and dead-that they could not have lived for more than a few hours at the outside in the blizzard that they had encountered, they being entirely unprovided with equipment of any sort.
"There was the barest chance that after the return of the sun some trace of their bodies might be found, so during the spring-that is , August and September 1916--and in the summer--December and January 1916-17--the following searches were carried out:
(1) Wild and I thoroughly searched Inaccessible Island at the end of August 1916.
(2) Various parties in September searched along the shore to the vicinity of Turk's Head.
(3) In company with Messrs. Wild and Gaze I started from Hut Point, December 31, 1916, at 8a.m., and a course  was steered inshore as close as possible to the cliffs in order to search for any possible means of ascent. At a distance of half a mile from Hut Point we passed a snow slope which I had already ascended in June 1916; three and a half miles farther on was another snow slope which ended in Blue Ice Glacier slope, which we found impossible to climb, snow slope being formed by heavy winter snowfall. These were the only two places accessible. Distance on this day, 10miles 1710 yds. covered. On January 1search was continued round the south side of Glacier Tongue from the base towards the seaward end. There was much heavy pressure; it was impossible to reach the summit owing to the wide crack. Distance covered 4miles 100 yds. On January 2 thick weather caused party to lay up. On 3rd. Glacier was further examined, and several slopes formed by snow led to top of glacier, but crevasses between slope and the tongue prevented crossing. The party then proceeded round the Tongue to Tent Island, which was also searched, a complete tour of the island being made. It was decided to make for Cape Evans, as thick weather was approaching. We arrived at 8 p.m. Distance 8 miles 490yds.

Affidavit

After I wrote my July 1 post all-ablog-drug-corruption I knew I would experience a direct threat to my safety.
The evening of July 3 my German Shepherd Wolfy picked up a scent. We were in my 26 foot sailboat which is on its trailer and parked in my driveway. She stood on her rear legs and looked out the hatchway and sat in the companionway for approximately 45minutes listening, sniffing, and looking. Her visibility was limited and she didn't see anything but she did hear something and was picking up a scent.
I made the decision for our safety to stay inside the sailboat.
The above was around dusk and we went to bed
At approximately 9:38 pm I was awoken by what sounded like a loud explosion twenty five feet from the bow of the boat. The explosion was accompanied by a sharp crack.
Describing this in detail to my friend who was in special operations and a naval seal for the
British Royal Navy he said it was probably a .308 (762x51) big game hunting rifle.
I believe the threat to my life was because of my July 1 post and possibly exhibit 25 and the person was from Chelan County.
It is also possible the threat came from a person in King County.

Drugs can affect even a non user in profound ways.
I have never used drugs and my brothers who have look at drug usage in totally different ways.
My mother is given drugs to make caring for her easier. She is given drugs every day and sits in her wheelchair all day in front of the TV. My brothers see nothing wrong with this and l do.
The last time I saw my mother she didn't even recognize me because she was so drugged up.
At my fathers funeral she didn't even shed a tear. She didn't shed a tear because she was drugged up and not allowed to grieve. My brothers see nothing wrong with this and I do.
During my fathers final days he was drugged for pain. Unfortunately he died out of his mind as a crazy person because of the drugs. My brothers saw nothing wrong with this and I do..
If I would have had my way my father would not have been drugged. He may have been in pain but he would have handled that. I would have been at his bedside and he would have been petting Wolfgang my purebred black German shepherd who he loved and we would have been listening to his favorite symphony-Beethoven 9th. In his final days he would have had his full mental faculties and he would have been drug free and at peace.
