October 25, 2023 nuclear laser from Air force drone blasted my mirror off wall unto floor. Nuclear white residue on mirror. Took pictures. October 25, 2023 nuclear laser from Air force drone blasted Christmas tree off ledge unto floor again. November 1, 2023 I was raking leaves off my sailboat which is right next to the blasted out window of van and blasted out window of my VW bus from nuclear lasers from Airforce drones. For safety I activated my EPIRB. Exiting the stern of my boat via step ladder I was hit by a nuclear laser from an Airforce drone. This caused me to loose my safety grip. My lower leg was then hit by a nuclear laser fired from an Air force drone. This caused me to loose my footing. I went flying backwards at a height of six feet. I landed on my back hitting my head. I believe I suffered a concussion along with aches and pains, and feeling week and shakey the rest of the day. Luckily no broken bones. The area of my arm causing me to lose my grip had white radioactive film with small circular dots on my parka as did my pant leg causing me to loose my footing. I took numerous pictures. My EPIRB was set up right next to my boat. I believe AFRCC gave perfect coordinates to the drone operators for targeting me. The Colonel in charge of AFRCC is now complicit with the serial murderers. This concludes my appendix. I will be making hardcopies of this book to handout free of charge. October 21, 2023 I have just returned from a three day trip to Leavenworth and The Alpine Lakes Wilderness Area. Wolfy Two and I were working on my latest book. We had a wonderful time inspite of the fact we were under constant danger from the drones and federal surveillance. One night the drones were circling overhead below 500 feet. I could clearly hear their engines. I did a lot of praying and the Lord saved us. I didnt activate my epirb this adventure because we were so at piece with nature and God I didn't want to deal with pure evil. While we were gone a laser from a drone blew out an upper window on my classic VW van. October 21, 2023 above has made me reevaluate the Chelan County Sheriff and the US Attorney for Eastern Washington. They were well aware of the danger Wolfy and I were in from Airforce drones. If they had upheld the law Wolfy would be alive today. They are both serial killers responsible for the murder of Wolfy. October 20, 2023 upper window of my classic VW van blasted out by nuclear laser fired from Air Force drone. October 24, 2023 globe base and metal degree marker blasted out of loft by nuclear laser from Air force drone. Similiar to prior incident. Dear Bill, I am so sorry about Wolfy. He was a great dog. Jack Dear Bill, I amm so sorry to hear about Wolfy. He was a great dog and a great companion. I hope that you can heal after this horrible loss. I wish you the best. Jane Dear Bill, Wolfy was such a great dog and I am so sorry to hear about what happened. You were the best friend he ever had and you gave him a wonderful life. Jelly Dear Bill, So sorry to hear about Wolfy. He was a fierce protector and the Lord used him to keep you safe many times when people plotted against you. Because of you Wolfy lived his best life. October 17, 2023 neighbor gave me statement signed and dated. October 11, 2023 To Whom It May Concern On October 8, 2023 I arrived home from a weekend in the Tri Cities at approximately 9:05 PM. After coming inside the house I took the dogs out to the backyard so they could go to the bathroom. As I was on my back deck making sure they went I noticed a focused beam of light coming from the sky. The beam was to the SW of my property and looked to be coming down toward the driveway of my neighbor Captain Bill Schweizer on 233rd. The beam had not yet reached the tree tops when it disappeared. When the beam disappeared my yard and his property lit up like it was broad daylight for about a second or two. I could see trees, my well house and dog run fence clear as a bell when a second before it was too dark to make out any featutes on them. I could also see the top of my neighbors sailboat and his trees like it was mid day. This was probably about 9:15 PM or so when this occured. October 16, 2023 at 4:35 a.m. WolfY Two and I were awoken by a sound like a mouse trap going off. Wolfy barked. The sound came from the direction of Wolfy Two. I have hea rd this type of sound many times and I know it is a laser being fired from an Airforce drone. They were aiming for Wolfy Two and missed. I didn't activate my epirb because I want to give the Colonel one more chance to stop the Air force drones like Colonel Mustain did. Psalms 27 Without menses - malice. October 17, 2023 Wolfy snd I were awoken at 1:25 a.m. by a laser being fired at us by an Air force drone. Wolfy was barking loudly. I went outside to activate my epirb. There were three bright white drones in the sky. Colonel Mustain had ended the presence of these drones months ago but now they were back. I took exact azimuths of their positions - approximately North, South, and East. I activated the epirb and left it on till daybreak for our safety. Only serial killers could devote so much time and money to trying to kill an innocent US citizen and his handsome German Shepherd with Airforce drones while these same drones could be used to find our American hostages in Gaza and help the Israeli people. Serial killer President Biden should immediately order serial killer Colonel Sergio Anaya to fly all drones being used against me and Wolfy Two to Israel on his C-17's. October 12, 2023 my house has a sleeping loft. For years my loft has had my world globe on display. BeLow the globe is a plastic portable lantern hanging from a wooden dowel. I heard a loud impact and something falling. The sturdy dowel was vibrating. The stand and metal ring in degrees for the globe were five feet below the loft and on top of my stove. The holding attachment for the lantern had been deformed by heat. When the above happened I was sitting in front of the loft. I had just taken a large piece of insulation out of the window in front of the loft and there was a clear view of the loft from the outside. I believe a laser was fired from an airforce drone at me and missed. I took pictures. Psalms 27 October 13, 2023 My financial accounts were cyber atacked. Psalms 27 October 13, 2023 I keep a styrafoam sheet over my sailing dingy to protect it from the rain. On top of this sheet I had placed a mirror I was going to throw away. The drone blasted this mirror unto my trail braking the mirror into jagged pieces. The drone operator knew Wolfy Two would walk on this trail and seriously cut his paws. Fortunately I prevented this. These white spots were from a nuclear weapon the drone used when it fired at the globe in my loft. The pants were hanging from my loft ladder near the globe. I took pictures and focusing my camera the white spots glowed green. Drones have used this type of nuclear weapon before on Wolfy and me and I have written about it in the book about Wolfy and serial kiLlers referred to in this book.
