No running lights and extremely closeby--very,very, dangerous!
The twelve stealth Blackhawk military helicopters are now in auto hover with some of them showing no running lights and extremely close by--very, very, dangerous!

Why have I added the FAA to the Mount Rainier tragedy and the El Faro tragedy?
As of now the FAA is to cowardly to investigate my safety concerns involving the twelve stealth Blackhawk military helicopters doing illegal surveillance of me. They refuse to meet with me and come to my property which is crucial to understanding the danger to commercial and civilian aircraft the twelve stealth Blackhawk military helicopters are creating. The FAA has also been dishonest with me. They monitored my conversation without notifying me. They have not been truthful. They told me helicopters can hover at any altitude. This was in response to me telling them a stealth Blackhawk military helicopter is now in auto hover at 200 - 300 feet and approximately an eight of a mile away.
The above involves the safety people for the FAA. The supervisor for the air traffic controllers told me their are safety restrictions concerning hovering this low over a populated area. He also provided me with the FAA number to call to get this matter investigated properly.
In all my years of business I never dealt with a person again when I found out they had lied to me. As the Bible says: "... he which is filthy, let him be filthy still..." Revelation 22:11
I appreciate the courageous and honest controller but he doesn't investigate safety matters - I will call the number he gave me.

Not a coincidence
This morning while drinking a cup of coffee at my van in the Home Depot parking lot I noticed a helicopter alongside Tiger Mountain and then going behind it. I thought it is probably on a course to fly directly over my residence.
I was right and a few minutes later it had circled Tiger Mountain and then flew directly over me.
I took three pictures of it and it was a Blackhawk military helicopter.
I explained all this to a person retired from navy special operations and asked if this was all a coincidence. He emphatically assured me it wasn't.
I expected this kind of reaction after my posts yesterday.

We continue to be illegally tracked every night by up to twelve stealth Blackhawk military helicopters.
Last night for the first time a stealth Blackhawk military helicopter was close by and at a low altitude tracking me. I have perfect pictures of this illegal incident.
We also continue to be under illegal surveillance during the day. I have a perfect picture of the most serious illegal surveillance by a vehicle and its license number. This occurred two times where I live.
Toward evening while ending a climb of a desert mountain in eastern Washington we encountered extremely suspicious behavior of two men on a desert mountain close by. This incident could also be related to the illegal surveillance of the stealth Blackhawk helicopters.

I believe every word of Psalm 27.
Wolfe and I are at complete peace and will not be affected by our enemies hatred and will rise above it on the mountaintop and will be kept safe - even from the twelve stealth Blackhawk military helicopters.
Wolfe and I continue to gaze upon the face of the Lord in his holy temple literally. This year we have climbed nine new mountains.
Christianity more than any other religion says the proof of God is in his creation.
When Jesus wanted to be close to his Father he went to the mountaintop.

This week their was a third incident which put me and Wolfy in harms way. Once again the individuals knew the exact time I would be home and once again I believe they are being given this information by the stealth Blackhawk helicopters following me. I also had the entire side of my van keyed during the night.

Last week I contacted and left messages for various people: a King County Sheriff deputy, a King County Sheriff detective, the Grant County sheriff, United States Attorneys, various military personnel, Inspector General for the Justice Department, and Inspector General for the Department of Defense.

Last night I counted eleven stealth Blackhawk military helicopters in auto hover over my residence and I believe there were twelve, but my view of it was blocked by trees.

FAA
I have observed what appeared a near miss between a stealth Blackhawk helicopter and a commercial aircraft from my property. 911 put me through to the FAA. I told them what I saw and also told them up to twelve helicopters are in auto hover in an area of commercial and private aircraft for hours.
As a captain I know the danger of accidents happening when a person is tired.
Any helicopter crew in auto hover from sunset till sunrise is going to get tired and an accident with disastrous loss of life is a real possibility. The FAA agreed. They also advised me to document what I am seeing and gave me their daytime phone number.
They were very appreciative of me calling.

When I told him I was under surveillance by stealth Blackhawk helicopters this is how he immediately reacted: anger, yelling, denial, accusing me of baseless accusations, refusal to answer specific questions regarding surveillance by Blackhawk helicopters, an irrational statement that the helicopters were not black - I never said they were (the daytime picture of the stealth Blackhawk military helicopter that flew over me in Issaquah, Washington was army brown), constantly telling me repeatedly he was running out of patience with me whenever I would ask him a pertinent and logical question, and finally hanging up with his last word being religious profanity. This week I called the United States Attorney for eastern Washington. The receptionist asked my name and put me straight thru to him. He answered his phone by his first name and was as friendly as possible. He asked what my call was about and I asked him to Google Captain Bill Schweitzer. He said he wasn't going to do that and asked again what this was about and I asked him again to Google Captain Bill Schweitzer and said the matter was to involved to go into now and he needed to Google Captain Bill Schweitzer and then call me. At this stage of the conversation he was so nervous he had to hang up. I had been completely calm and professional the entire conversation.
All my years in business I have always known you can never intimate an attorney.

Every night the stealth Blackhawk helicopters follow me home from Issaquah to where I live.
Last night I counted 12 and took pictures. Tonight I drove to McDonald's in North Bend-thirty minutes from Seattle, and counted five. The bright parking lot lights make it impossible to see more.

An entire squadron
There are now up to 12 stealth Blackhawk military helicopters involved in illegal surveillance of me.
Last weekend Wolfe and I went to a remote mountain in eastern Washington. The first night two stealth Blackhawk military helicopters were hovering in the sky in the same position from sunset till sunrise. They were exactly 90 degrees apart as usual. The weather was heavy rain and high winds. I have the exact compass the military uses and took bearings on them. They were very hard to see because the weather was so bad but when I did get a glimpse of their faint white light the bearings were always the same.
The next night the sky was clear and I saw at least ten stealth Blackhawk military helicopters. I drew a diagram of their fixed formations in the sky, estimated their altitudes in the sky, their degrees above the horizon, and took bearings on them. I also used my binoculars to positively identify them by their running lights. I took pictures of all of them.
The above was hard to do because of the total blackness of the desert night, the cold, and the desert wind. I was also up most of the night and morning. Further complicating things was Wolfe's ferocious bark indicating a person intent on harming us nearby. But as a friend of mine who was in the Vietnam War said: "nobody wants to mess with a German Shepherd."
The next day I waited till darkness to head home and was followed all the way to my home near Seattle - an approximate three hour drive. When I first stopped to take pictures one of the Stealth Blackhawk helicopters was so close I could hear it and it was so quiet you know why it is called a stealth Blackhawk helicopter. I stopped at two desert areas in eastern Washington and took pictures of the squadron.
I will never forget the night described above when they were clearly visible and stayed in the same position from sunset to sunrise. You think of Ruby Ridge, Waco, Texas, and the stand off in Oregon where the cattle rancher was killed. Victory
Last night the two stealth Blackhawk military helicopters were tracking me again.
Their tactics though were different-they were doing everything they could to keep me from seeing them-hovering at a high altitude and using the cloud cover and hills and mountains to conceal themselves. I was still able to see them but not get any pictures. Driving to North Bend and driving back I did not see them. Coming into the City of Issaquah near where I live I saw the stealth Blackhawk military helicopter but only for a second-he was at a low altitude, high speed, and doing rapid, evasive maneuvers. A few minutes later I saw him just for a second flying the same way. When I saw him he was flying straight for Tiger Mountain and in the next second he disappeared behind Tiger Mountain. Approaching home I saw him again and he didn't think I could see him because of the trees but I did. I had my camera ready, jumped out of my car and was able to get a picture of the stealth Blackhawk Military helicopter-victory.
I am sure that pilot has flown like I saw many times in warfare to avoid enemy rockets and gunfire.
How sad he is now flying the same way in the United States of America and his enemy is a good and honest man in pursuit of the truth and a captain in the United States Merchant Marine who took an oath to uphold the law.

Five
After I left McDonald's I drove to the truck stop outside North Bend to get gas. It has a good view of the sky. Five helicopters were now visible in the sky. I took pictures of them. They tracked me as I drove home flying in formation at various altitudes. At the playfield in Issaquah near my home I stopped and took pictures again of the five helicopters. When I arrived home they were still visible hovering in place approximately 90 degrees apart. Before I went to bed I checked on them a final time. All five were still hovering in place at 1:30 AM.

Three
Tonight when I left the King County Public Library at 7:00 PM two helicopters were hovering in place ready to track me. Since one had a blue light it was probably the King County Sheriff Department helicopter. I know the other that was hovering in place was a stealth Blackhawk military helicopter.
Before I got to North Bend I stopped where I have a good view of the sky and it is dark and I saw three helicopters hovering in place tracking me - two stealth Blackhawk military helicopters and the King County Sheriff Department helicopter. I was able to take pictures of all three. I was also able to get good pictures of the two in Issaquah.
The view of the sky is limited at McDonald's and there are bright lights restricting a good view of the sky but one stealth Blackhawk military helicopter is clearly visible almost directly over McDonald's - it is now 10:30 PM and I am getting ready to go home.
It always pays to have a sense of humor and after I take my pictures I like to flash my lights for the helicopters to see and I laugh.

The investigator told me he sent Commissioner Farrow a report clearing me because I am not a madman and my motives for sending him my posts were pure-protecting the lives of California Highway Patrol personnel involved in drug enforcement and informing on illegal drug activity in Washington as it relates to California i.e. Henry Hill and Ronald Siegertz. Commissioner Farrow took no action regarding above. I also furnished him with information regarding Modoc County, California-the nations second largest marijuana growing area. He took no action regarding this also.

The Police Chief of Tacoma, Washington tried to use the madness weapon against me when I was exposing him for a major cover-up at the University of Puget Sound involving violations of the law regarding drugs and alcohol.
In reality he was the one who was a madman and he killed himself and his wife in front of their two small children at an upscale shopping center outside Tacoma in broad daylight.
The entire city government including the police department then collapsed and all the cover-ups and illegalities of the government and the police department were exposed-especially as it related to the University of Puget Sound. It's much "respected" president was fired.

Last night the stealth Blackhawk helicopter tracked me for over two hours in the Issaquah area.
I drove to various locations and it tracked me where ever I went.
This is the first time it tracked me in inclement weather.

Contemplative
This week Wolfy and I climbed two desert mountains in beautiful eastern Washington.
All day we gazed upon the face of the Lord in his beautiful temple.

Blue light
I have been told by a former police chief that the King County Sheriff Department helicopter has a blue light for identification. The pictures I took of one of the helicopters are now showing a blue light.
If this is true-it is the King County Sheriff helicopter, it is once again retaliation against a whistleblower which my claim against King County will continue to document.

Last night the stealth Blackhawk helicopter followed me across eastern Washington. I couldn't see it when I got to Snoqualmie Pass because of the low cloud cover which also covered western Washington to where I live.
There may have been a second helicopter but I couldn't say this for sure.
Once again a suspicious person was nearby my house for around fifteen minutes when I got home.
Once again Wolfy's mighty bark was a deterrent.

No intention
I just met with a King County Deputy and a member of their dive team at my property.
They have no intention of searching the creek at this time and once again I heard no child is missing in King County.
They asked if there was a trail along the creek besides the trail on my property. I told them no.
They were in a hurry to leave because it was raining.
It is only a short distance before the creek joins Issaquah creek.
The creek could be searched very easily. All you would need to do is put on rubber boots and use trekking poles for stability. The creek is also narrow enough you could do a search from the shore.
