When the U.S. Government deploys two stealth Blackhawk helicopters night after night to silence you it is clear that every word you have written is the truth.
I have fought a good fight and will wait on the Lord for the final victory. Nobody knew that better than King David:

Once Again EXHIBIT

Once again I am at McDonald's in North Bend writing these posts while the stealth Blackhawk helicopters hover overhead at 5,000 feet.
Thursday night when I left McDonald's I thought how the helicopter pilot could easily direct anyone on the ground to harm me.
At 1:30AM approaching the turnoff for my home their was someone waiting. I'm not going into all the details but I sincerely feared for my life and my life was in danger.
I have been told there are now two helicopters following me because they are concerned for my safety. I don't believe this because they watched my life being in danger and did nothing. As I said above they may even have been involved.
The King County Sheriff responded to this incident and once again I am not going into the details other than to say they did nothing to ensure my safety.
The next night someone came on my property and drank two beers, baked their drugs a short distance from my property, and shot up a beer can. One of my neighbors informed me there were four rapid gunshots from a handgun about 11:30 that night. I was sleeping soundly and didn't hear the gunshots.
Tonight the two stealth Blackhawk helicopters hovered over my property when it got dark and then followed me to North Bend.
I took lots of pictures of them tonight.
Today I got the previous pictures I have taken developed and they turned out well and perfectly tie into my neighbors statement.
Friday morning when I went to bed at 2:30 A M the helicopters were still hovering over my house.
They didn't come Friday night because the ceiling-clouds, were to low.

A body in the creek. EXHIBIT

When I got home Tuesday morning - 1:00 AM I took my dog to the creek for a drink of water. I saw the eeriest sight I have ever seen. It is very hard to write about this. Two feet below the water was a flat object the size of a child. It was chalk white, half of it was the shape of a torso and the other half looked like two thin legs tightly held together.
I tried to lift it up but it was somehow attached to the bottom. Finally it came loose and disappeared downstream.
I called 911and told the person what I had seen and she was greatly troubled by what I told her. She said she was sending a deputy and he arrived within a few minutes. I showed him where it had been in the creek and described what I had seen. He confirmed that it probably was a body. He made no mention of searching the creek.
The next day I called 911 and got the incident number and called major crimes. The detective knew about the incident but he didn't know about the details. He agreed that it probably was a body but showed no interest in searching since no child was missing in King County. He said something about notifying their dive team but I haven't heard from them and I'm sure they haven't been to the creek.
After reading all my posts concerning liars and cowards - the Mount Rainier tragedy, the El Faro tragedy and the corruption at the King County Sheriff's Department why should no attempt to recover the body surprise you.
Sadly this child has parents and friends and a major crime will go unsolved.

The creek is very shallow and could easily be searched by walking along the bank.

Stupid

I am still at McDonald's in North Bend and enjoying my third cup of coffee.
The stealth Blackhawk helicopter is now going on three hours of hovering in place.
Even a government helicopter pilot has to start feeling really stupid about now.
He's not a good pilot because his ceiling is lowering and he is in the clouds and not clearly visible to other aircraft. Also hovering in place puts him in harms way from other aircraft approaching because he is always going to have a blind spot. I know he would say he has electronics which keep him safe but electronics don't always work. Stupid.

Truth

Today at 5:00 P M while I was parked I heard a helicopter. I had my camera ready and jumped out of my van and took a picture of it. It was flying south to north and came from May Valley where I live. It almost flew at a low level directly over me. Because of its low level of noise and the pictures I looked at on the internet it was a stealth Blackhawk helicopter. The same helicopter that flew by Wolfe and I in eastern Washington and tracked us Monday night and also yesterday night. At 7:00 this evening I saw the helicopters lights again but they disappeared behind Tiger Mountain. I headed for home and once again they appeared and followed me home. I parked and once again the helicopter was hovering in place at 5,000 feet. I then got in my car and drove around again and it followed me. I then parked in a dark area and took some more pictures. The helicopter was now hovering in place to my south. What I am going to write now is almost impossible to believe but it is true. I noticed to my east a second helicopter hovering in place with identical lights so it to was a stealth Blackhawk. I then drove to North Bend and hovering in place at 5,000 feet is the stealth Blackhawk helicopter. It is now 9.00 P M and I am now writing this post at the North Bend McDonald's.
If the U. S. Governments reaction after reading my recent posts is to send a stealth Blackhawk helicopter over me in broad daylight and track me for three days now and even use a second Blackhawk helicopter you know that every word I have written in my posts is the truth-especially what I have written about the assassination of Assistant US Attorney Thomas Wales. You also know that I am in harms way from my own government.
Plato's writings are considered second in importance only to the Bible. Writing about his good friend Socrates he examined the question of how a good and honest man who spoke the truth could be murdered by his own government.
I have no doubt the Lord will continue to protect me and Wolfe.
I'm proud to be a Texan and my oldest boy sent me a postcard from the Texas Rangers museum. It had a picture of the most famous Texas Ranger and the sayings he lived by: "a man who would charge hell with a bucket of water" and "when a man is in the right he will just keep coming at you and nothing will stop him." My boy said this Texas Ranger reminded him of me.

USA Annette L. Hayes

My internet letters and telephone calls to every USA around the country urging them to call USA Annette L. Hayes and urge her to uphold the law, especially as it relates to Assistant US Attorney Thomas Wales, will continue.

We now have evidence of the surveillance by the stealth Blackhawk helicopter - pictures, a witness and his written statement.
Last night the stealth Blackhawk helicopter followed me home from Issaquah. I then drove to Issaquah and back making numerous stops to verify it was tracking me. This went on for over three hours. For over one hour it hovered in place where I live. After midnight I went to bed with it still hovering in place.
It was hovering in place at approximately 5.000 feet. I could barely see its green and red running lights through my binoculars. Only the most sophisticated stealth Blackhawk helicopter has the ability to hover in place at this altitude.

Things are not as bad in this country as Iran but I do believe a persons life can be in danger from the government.
If you have followed my posts you know my life has been in danger from the government for a very long time because of the 'Third Level' - organized crimes infiltration of law enforcement, politics, and the courts.
Because I was under surveillance by a helicopter last night again I believe the surveillance is related to the truth I am posting starting with my posts regarding Assistant US Attorney Thomas Wales and all my other posts relating to drug corruption.

"Drug trafficking is playing for very high stakes and there are enormous
resources behind the operation. Therefore great care should be taken when dealing with any aspect of drugs. The criminals are violent and will use force without hesitation even with fatal results."

Mexico -Catholic Church

I met a nice young boy this morning from Mexico. He confirmed my beliefs about the Catholic Church in Mexico and the drug cartels giving millions of dollars to the Catholic Church.
He laughed and told me all the cartel members and leaders believe they can absolve their sins and buy their way into heaven by giving money to the Catholic Church. He also believes the Catholic Church in Mexico is involved in money laundering as are McDonald restaurants in Mexico.
Time magazine just did an article on drugs in Mexico and stated the head of the Zeta Cartel paid to have a Catholic Church built in Mexico and his name is on a plaque mounted on the Church. For those of you who don't know the Zeta Cartel has committed some of the most gruesome murders in the history of mankind.

Yesterday Wolfy and I led our contemplative life. We climbed two desert mountains. We gazed upon the face of the Lord on his holy temple. The day was perfect.
Driving home going over Snoqualmie Pass I noticed the green running light of a helicopter that was staying in the same position. At first I thought it was involved in some sort of construction work at a ski resort but I soon ruled this out when I noticed it started to stay even with me. I passed a WSP trooper giving someone a ticket and then I thought it was involved in traffic enforcement. By the time I got to North Bend I knew it was following me. I did everything I could to verify this - pulling into McDonalds, stopping on off ramps, stopping at Home Depot, even driving to where I live, and the helicopter continued to perfectly follow me. Even when I drove where the fog was and I came out of the fog it was always there following me. I then decided to drive back to Eastern Washington because I knew if it was a King County helicopter it wouldn't have jurisdiction in Eastern Washington. Amazingly it continued to follow me. Finally after four hours of this it stopped following me.
This is clearly illegal harassment and persecution of a Christian I believe by the U.S. government and as I have posted before the King County Sheriff has played a role in this. As I have also posted I have an upper level captains license granted by the U. S. Coast Guard at which time I raised my right hand and swore to uphold the law. I was also granted the highest security clearance possible by the U. S. Coast Guard enabling me unrestricted access to any port in the United States. I also signed the paper work with the U. S. Coast Guard giving them the right to call me up at any time during war or national crisis. I also was given lifelong charitable status by the Internal Revenue Service. The government knows all this.
So why the illegal harassment and persecution of a Christian? The answer is very simple - a mental illness of extreme paranoia. They don't believe Wolfy and I are mountaineers, they believe I am a security threat to the two dams we drive by, the nuclear reactor which is near the mountains we are climbing, and the electronic towers on one of the mountains we climbed. UNBELIEVABLE!
I ran the above by a friend of mine who has an executive position and he said the helicopter  following me doesn't surprise him and illegal harassment happens all the time in Iran where he is from. He said if I was in Iran I would have been imprisoned by the government or murdered by now. He said he doesn't believe this will happen in the U. S. because the people won't stand for their freedoms being taken. With eighty percent of the people having no faith in the government I believe it.
As I have posted before those who are illegally harassing me are doing grave damage to the reputation of the United States and themselves putting this country in harms way. Seventeen countries are now following my blog.
Next week Wolfe and I will again climb a new mountain in Eastern Washington leading our contemplative life and gaze at the face of the Lord in his holy temple.
As a side note the King County Sheriff sent a lady by to do surveillance on me where I live this morning. She was hanging a u turn in front of my driveway and when she saw me drove away from me. I waited for her with my camera. When she drove by heading for the precinct she even waved and then ran the stop sign just about causing an accident with a car and a school bus. I have a picture of this. She thought if she ran the stop sign I wouldn't be able to get a picture of her license plate but I did. I also have a picture of the license plate of the high level U.S. Government employee who has been tracking me.
As a further side note while Wolfy and I were on the summit a stealth Blackhawk helicopter flew by us at low level. At the moment I didn't think much of this but I now believe this was the start of their illegal harassment.

A contemplative is a person who removes the barriers between himself and God.
When Jesus wanted to be close to God he went to the mountaintop.
When Wolfy  and I want to be close to God we go to the mountaintop.
All religions say you can find God in his creation but none more than Christianity.

Still trying to silence me EXHIBIT

The intermittent gunfire still continues, the surveillance still continues, and there has been one
 recent assassination attempt - all documented.
For the last few days Wolfy has detected a serious threat and this morning I quit jogging because of this. I then let Wolfy follow the scent and she took me to an empty fifth of Smirnoff vodka, an empty fifth of Jack Daniels, a tall Budweiser can, and a water bottle. I took pictures. They all were only a short distance from my property and were in direct line of sight of my property.
As usual Wolfe, the Lord, and my own skill as a warrior protected me.
If you have been reading my latest blogs you should be able to figure out where the danger is originating from.

Illegal surveillance - King County Sheriff

This morning while I was inside my van drinking a cup of coffee a King County Sheriff drove by slowly. A few minutes later he drove by again stopping in my driveway. I got out and gave him a friendly wave and went to talk to him but he slowly drove away.
I took a picture which turned out well.
Thank you. I will continue to document my $45,000,000 claim against King County.

Schutzhund

Schutzhund is a German word meaning "protection dog."
Wolfy is a natural.
Wolfy and I have a game we always play called helicopter. When I say helicopter she will jump off the ground and stay in a horizontal position. She will then rotate 360 degrees up to six feet off the ground and take my arm in her mouth. She will stop doing this on command and release my arm. She loves to do this. Yesterday Wolfy and I climbed a mountain and she was so happy to be climbing again she did ten multiple helicopters at the start of the climb without me even saying helicopter.
The military and police train their dogs to do this apprehending the enemy or a criminal although their movements aren't as sophisticated as Wolfy's. It is the most difficult training a military patrol dog or police dog undergoes.
I have no doubt Wolfy on command will be a good "Schutzhund" for her master if he is in danger and it will not be a game.

A little girl and her shepherd.

While eating my dinner in my van at McDonald's Wolfy saw something and started barking. I looked and about a block away someone was walking with a dog. When they got closer Wolfy did her loud bark. I looked again and saw a little girl with her German Shepherd. It was a large German Shepherd and the little girl wasn't much taller than her dog. Wolfy's loud bark had clearly alarmed the little girl.
What happened next made me very proud of Wolfy. Wolfy realized he had startled the little girl and stopped barking. Wolfy also had complete respect for the German Shepherd because he realized he was guarding his master. Normally Wolfy won't stop barking when he sees one of his own kind.
I have a lot of respect for that little girl's parents. They haven't given in to the criminal element and their little girl can go anywhere safely with her big German Shepherd. There are still parents left who believe we are the land of the free and the home of the brave.

Pray Pope Francis can remember the modern day saints of Mexico - the reporters who have been assassinated for reporting the truth about the drug war raging in Mexico.

Enforcing the law.

The governor of the State of Washington and the chief of the Washington State Patrol do not enforce drug laws. They also do not enforce speeding laws.
The governor of the state of California and the commissioner of the California Highway Patrol enforce drug laws. They also enforce speeding laws.
I frequently drive to southern California and truckers drive in the slow lane at the speed limit.
I frequently drive to eastern Washington and  truckers constantly drive in any lane tailgating well in excess of the speed limit for trucks.
Today there was a double fatality accident on Washington's main east-west freeway involving ten trucks and multiple cars. The west bound freeway is closed today indefinitely.
There really is a correlation between drug corruption, drug usage, not enforcing the law, and quality of life.

The war on drugs.

Pope Francis has said the war on drugs is a failure. Many liberals in favor of drug legalization have said the war on drugs is a failure.
This blog has shown for years that Washington State never has had a war on drugs. So if you want to see the affect of no war on drugs come to Washington State.
I believe Washington State has the stupidest and most violent population of any state because of drug legalization and lack of enforcement of all drug laws.
As I have written before, the Governor of California has said: "Keep the potheads in Washington, we don't want them."
There is a reason pot has always been called dope and peoples violent actions while on pot called reefer madness.

Mount Rainier tragedy, El Faro tragedy, liars and cowards

The biggest similarities between these two tragedies is the cover up and the unwillingness to recover the bodies.
The underwater pictures of the El Faro's bridge make this perfectly clear - the bridge is the control center for the ship. The officers would have been on the bridge. It is also the highest part of the ship and when she was sinking crewmembers would have also been on the bridge. Evidence of this is the portable ladder shown in the picture of the bridge. Crewmembers would have been attempting to put this ladder over the side of the ship to use in descending to their lifeboat or life raft.
As evidence no attempt is being made to recover the bodies consider this. The picture of the bridge shows the door was ripped off the ship by the hurricane force winds and it would have been very easy to take pictures of the inside of the bridge.There are no pictures of the inside of the bridge. The officers and crew not attempting to deploy the portable ladder would have been inside the bridge staying out of the hurricane force winds.
Taking no pictures of the bodies inside the bridge is a cover up. The head NTSB  investigator - Roth-Roffy, even went so far as to say they saw no bodies. As with the Mount Rainier tragedy it is also possible they have pictures of the bodies and are lying to us.

• So once again as with the Mount Rainier tragedy no attempt is being made to recover the bodies and we are being lied to. The head investigator for the NTSB - Roth-Roffy, even said they saw no signs of any bodies.
